It is quite short . Also make sure they get the brochure to give accurate information . On Viator site , 10:15 was the start time , when it had changed to 11:15 . Also two of the sites were cancelled . Was not sure which was the first get on point . Wrote asking Viator chat and no answer was given . I had to figure it out myself . The staff on the boat was excellent . Making our trip pleasant .

Hello, I would like to share our very disappointing experience with the organization of this tour. When we purchased our tickets, we asked about the departure time and were told that the boat would leave in approximately 20 minutes. However, we ended up waiting for more than 40 minutes. During that time, several boats from the same company, Stromma, arrived and departed from the same area of the port, which made the situation confusing for visitors. After the long wait, a boat arrived around the expected departure time. We approached one of the guides to ask whether it was our boat. Unfortunately, the guide, whose name is Magnus, responded in a very rude and inappropriate manner. While answering, he physically pushed my niece and told her, "It is not your boat." His behavior was completely unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable. The employee who had sold us the tickets witnessed the situation and spoke to Magnus, asking him to apologize for his behavior. However, Magnus refused to do so. Stockholm is a beautiful city, and we were looking forward to enjoying this tour. It is very unfortunate that our experience started in such a negative way because of the unprofessional conduct of one of your staff members. My main complaint concerns the treatment we received from Magnus and the lack of any apology after the incident. I hope you will investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that other visitors do not have a similar experience. It is unfortunate that your company may receive negative reviews because of the behavior of a single employee. The service and experience you provide to visitors should not be overshadowed by the unprofessional conduct of one person. We were never picked up at the port. Waited for over 2 hours and had to walk back to boat for shuttle to center of city. No one answered email. Once arriving the first people from strummer said the green bus was not running this day but we could ride the other bus. Disappointed we lost three hours because of the lack of communication.

There were 4 adults and 3 kids in our group. It was a great way to see the city from the water and get to the main attractions. The tour supplier helped me out about my questions promptly. People who worked on the boat were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stops and enjoyed the landmarks of Stockholm.

I paid for 72 hr pass! I arrived late because of airline delay. It was for a 72 hour pass.I tried to check in and was told too late your time has passed! No pass no refund nothing!

The tour not bad but not well organized. Staff doesn't have much to handle. By boat we were sent from one row to another

It was fun to hop on and off and ride the entire route to see the city via the waterway. They were prompt and courtesies. The boats are named after popular ABBA songs!

Right on time! The captain and first mate were so helpful. It was the best way to see the top museums.

At the Stromma Ticketing counter, the staff are very help and cooperative. Our boat ride is included in our Go Pass . Before we got into the boat, they provide us earpiece to plug into the pre-recorded audio guide on our seats as we cruise along. The boat is well covered, quite full with passengers. Plenty of buildings and seceneries as we cruise along but it would be great to stand at the bow to capture better pictures. If you are tired of walking, just feel like sitting and relax, Stockholm Hop-On-Hop Off Sighsteeing Cruise is worth the ride !!!

Worst tours ever! Be aware! The buses and boats were constantly late, the boats and buses from other companies would come and go, and ours would take double time at least. The information on the bus was so little and limited, it was bad timed with the tour, half of the headphones were not working on the upper deck, the staff were not interested in helping, plus nobody on the staff knows anything and the majority 4 out of 5 are so rude, they told me I should look for information online if I bought it online, it was not their problem which is normal because customers get mad at them as buses are late or no show, and they don't have accurate info and they keep saying the bus just left when you have been standing there for 30 minutes at least. Unfortunately we bought the multicity and this unpleasant experience was in every city not only in Stockholm, in Helsinki we waited for the first bus for over 50minutes and these other company RED sight seeing buses come and go. The difference there was that the staff in Helsinki were so kind and nice and helpful but again they didn't have enough information from the company to do their job properly, buses late and very few, it is a tragedy how this company is not reliable and really affects your timings and the quality of exploring the city you are visiting. We took the other company RED in other cities like Tallin and it was so good, reliable and good quality of info and service. Will never again take this tour of Stromma, the "multi city" deal ended up being more expensive in every sense. A terrible experience overall.
