An absolute MUST if you can…our Driver, Francesco took us to all the places we wanted to see in 4 hours and shared the history of each site…stopped briefly for an Italian sandwich and glass of Wine -fantistco ♥️ The highlight of our trip to Rome by FAR and Francesco just ♥️♥️♥️
Where to begin? The beautiful sites, pastel colours of the simply darling cars, the delicious sounds of music (and that's just the streets singing) or the spectacularly warm hospitality from Hadi and The Team. Rome will always have a special place in our hearts thanks to Dolce Vita in Fiat. I booked their vintage Fiat 500 tour with a photographer to propose to my girlfriend, and I honestly don't have enough words to describe how perfect the whole evening turned out. Gianlucca, our driver, was the heart and soul of the experience. His knowledge of the city is simply on another level — he seemed to know every corner, every backstreet, every perfect angle of Rome by heart. He guided us through the city like a true local storyteller, and when it came to the proposal, he handled everything with such calm and discretion that the surprise unfolded flawlessly. Pablo, our photographer, was a fantastic professional too — talented, kind, and completely in tune with the moment. He captured the proposal, and made the rest of the shoot feel relaxed and fun rather than posed. She said yes, and we walked away with memories (and photos) that we'll cherish forever. If you're planning something special in Rome — or even if you just want to see the city in the most beautiful way possible — this is the experience to book. This is a fabulous way to see Rome. I have been to the city many times, but this was a perfect tour of the highlights and was a brand new experience. The music, the tour guide were fantastic. And everyone we passed on the street were jealous of our car. We felt like celebrities. It was my favorite thing to do in all of Rome.
Wonderful and fun experience 3 hours spent touring the sites of Roma with Frederico our tour guy who was fantastic, an infectious laugh and very knowledgable . Music blaring we attracting so many laughs and smiles. Next time I will leave my partner behind I think your little fiats are a better lady puller then a Ferrari. Seriously, though, would thoroughly recommend your service
If you go to Rome, you must book a tour with Facile Tours!! Not cheap but worth EVERY penny! We had a GREAT experience, especially with Claudio. I haven't laughed so hard in years, and he is truly a wealth of knowledge. The Vatican tour was great as well, just a lot of walking on a hot day. Thank you so much for the service you provide.
What a great tour! Our driver was super friendly, knowledgeable, and was a semi-professional photographer no less! It was a pricey experience but given the heat and the ability to hit so many landmarks in one night, it was worth the price. Plus the memorable photos!
I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. I booked a **3-hour tour**, but we were dropped off **45 minutes early**, meaning we only received about 2 hours and 15 minutes of the service we paid for. The worst part is that we didn't even realize we'd been dropped off so early until after the guide had already rushed off. He left so quickly that there wasn't even an opportunity to question it. Unfortunately, the experience throughout the tour wasn't enjoyable either. The guide spent almost the entire time speaking at an extremely loud volume. We politely asked if he could lower his voice just a little, and instead of responding professionally, he seemed offended. The first time we asked he doubled down and said it was because he was Italian in an even louder voice. The second time he got very defensive and said this has never happened and how he's picked up many celebrities to somehow validate that. From that point on, the atmosphere became noticeably awkward and uncomfortable, making the remainder of the tour unpleasant. This was also far from the friendly, welcoming family experience we were expecting. Instead of feeling relaxed and looked after, we felt uncomfortable for much of the tour. A family-friendly service should make guests of all ages feel at ease, but after simply asking the guide to speak a little more quietly, the atmosphere became tense and uninviting. It was disappointing that such a reasonable request resulted in us feeling like we had done something wrong. Afterward, I contacted the company through their dedicated WhatsApp support to explain what had happened and request a refund for the 45 minutes of service we never received. Rather than taking responsibility, they came up with a series of excuses for why they wouldn't issue any refund. These reasons were never disclosed during the booking process, were not listed anywhere in their terms that I could find, and were never mentioned by the guide on the day. I simply asked very kindly from the start expected at least some type of understanding or compassion through the customers service but go absolutely stoned walled. See screen shots attached. Good customer service is about owning mistakes and making things right. Instead, this company chose to deny responsibility and keep payment for time they simply didn't provide. I would have been more than glad just having a small gesture of a "sorry" back or very small refund for the time un-used. I've included screenshots of the conversation so others can judge the company's response for themselves. Based on my experience, I would not book with them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, customer-focused, and genuinely family-friendly service. I have 2 stars instead of one because it is a really cool idea and can be potentially a better experience if the showed little more care towards the paying customer. Also they where kind enough to pick up from hotel at a earlier time to avoid crowds outside of their normal window although it cost a extra $150 euro.
