Today we went to Island Yoga Lembogan for the second time. Nick and his wife Josie were our very gracious hosts. Nick took us on a journey, with the sound healing sounds of gongs and soothing instruments that vibrate through your body and mind while lying in a cradle hammock. Wonderful sound healing in your own hammock. Great way to be immersed in the serenity of natural sounds of the island whilst being gently guided by our host Nicholas. Highly recommended for anyone wanting something a little bit different and to spend an hour away from the beach and sun.
I’m so pleased I booked this experience. The morning session does mean an early start, but for me it was completely worth it to experience Lembongan at its quietest. As beautiful as the island is, during the day you can almost always hear the buzz of mopeds in the background. Here, all I could hear were the birds and the sea while lying suspended in the hammock at 6am — it felt genuinely magical and so peaceful The range of instruments used throughout the sound bath was beautiful, and the whole environment felt incredibly warm and welcoming. Such a special way to start the morning and definitely one of those experiences I’m really glad I made time for. I’d absolutely recommend it. 🤍 I’ve never done a sound bath in a hammock before and it was truly beautiful feeling the vibrations all around

Absolutely beautiful experience from beginning to end. The hammock sound healing was deeply relaxing and almost otherworldly, surrounded by a gorgeous open-air Balinese setting and tropical gardens. The sound instruments, silk hammock and Oracle reading all came together perfectly. I left feeling peaceful, grounded and completely relaxed. A truly unique and magical experience in Nusa Lembongan that I will absolutely do again. 🌺✨
