A sunset sound session was just the perfect way to truly relax and get that full island vibe that Nusa Lembongan offers. The owner Nick and his wife were lovely and you can tell they are very passionate about what they’ve created. I would highly recommend doing a sound session, loved it!

Such a beautiful and deeply nourishing sound healing experience with Nick at Island Yoga. Nick is incredibly gifted and works with a wonderful variety of instruments, creating a powerful journey through sound and vibration. I left feeling calm, grounded, centred and completely blissed out. The gorgeous open-air shala, surrounded by nature, made the experience feel even more magical and sacred. A truly special space to slow down, reconnect and return to yourself. Highly recommend.

The whole experience was amazing! The hosts were friendly and attentive. The guide thanked each person by their name at the end, that alone made the experience more personal. I would go back again if I wasn't located so far away.

WOW is all I can say. 14 hrs later I am still feeling an indescribable “magic” from the experience. The different sounds moving through my body: calming yet exciting. I highly recommend this experience. Do not miss it 😇
Absolutely incredible! I visit yesterday and still reflecting on it. True spiritual journey. If you like yoga nidra, this activity is a must! I believe that anyone will enjoy though. The place and the garden are beautiful. Host is really nice and will answer all of your questions and show you the instruments. Highly recommended, don’t leave it for your last day in Lembongan.

Went here with my teenage daughter. Easy to find, well signposted. Nicholas is lovely and chill. He explained things well. My first time at this and I felt very safe and relaxed. My daughter thought it a bit woo woo but I was conscious of parts of my body reacting to the different sounds. So who knows. 🤷♀️ Well worth a try. Make sure you book early as he’s very popular.
