It was amazing and the driver was awesome. So much to see and do on Jeju. The driver was very friendly and looked after me.

Park Hyun-soo was an excellent guide and took us to 4 great locations in our short day. Would definitely recommend him again.

HanaTour ITC is the only operator that offered a half day private custom tour at an affordable price. Communication beforehand went smoothly. Our driver was Mr Josh Kim via Lotte Rent-a-Car. He arrived on time at Jeju Airport in a new and clean IONIC5 and helped with our luggage. We communicated via a translation app which worked fine. He was polite, drove safely, gave us good advice, and we had a nice chat on the way. He even came inside to help us buy tickets. We had to extend the tour by 1 hour which was absolutely no problem @ 20,000 Won per hour. I’m happy with the service and recommend it!

I expected to have the itinerary that was suggested on Viator, however when we arrived the driver asked us what we wanted to do? And she was a little taken back that we didn’t know! Luckily I had a list of the itinerary on my phone and she explained in was impossible to do everything. Unfortunately she could speak very little English . So In the end we agreed on the East Coast. Driver was lovely and very helpful , but I don’t think the trip was well communicated to us or her. However, we had a lovely day in the end.

Excellent way to get around the island. The driver was very helpful and offered a couple suggestions of things along the way that where total bonus. Car was all electric and new.
