These tours are a very fun and educational experience. Both were lengthy and a good bargain. Have a nice day.

The Trolley portion of the adventure was seamless. Plenty of free parking and staff were helpful. The Trolley driver/guide was awesome, fun and knowledgeable. But there where it stopped. After disembark the Trolley we thought there would be a shuttle down to the river. This wan not the case. After waiting 10 minutes for a shuttle we asked someone from the tour company what to expect. They had no idea that there was a two part trip. They were able to provide an address of the boat launch. They suggested we drive and try to find parking. We not parking was provide or available. We were forced to drive around Savanna looking for a garage to park. After parking we had to run to catch the boat. I think we were the last ones before the boat took off. After the trip the parking cost 16 dollars. This was very poorly planned by Viator and the tour company.

Enjoyed both excursions. Learned so much about Historic Savannah. We felt like we got our money’s worth.

Great driver: Tiny! We learned tons of history. Beautiful city. We liked the paddle boat on the water, we did not know how to get back to our car since there was no shuttle to pick us up. Larry, the driver for Kelly Tours, was gracious enough to take us to our car. We moved our tickets from 2 to noon, for the tours, but could not get on the paddle boat until 3:30 - some sort of communication glitch.

Three of us booked the land and sea combo trip at a cost of over $200. We parked at the visitor’s center and were told transportation to the river cruise would be provided. However, return transportation would not be provided. This made no sense to me. We then had to drive to riverfront, find and pay for a parking spot and walk to the cruise. In essence, the promise of transportation was useless and nonexistent. Very disappointing.

Overall the tour was great. The trolley part was smooth sailing from start to finish. Tammy w/T was amazing and made it so fun. Now the cruise part, it wasn’t bad but how to get there and getting the tickets wasn’t explained anywhere. They kind of told us where to park at the trolley place which helped but didn’t mention we needed to go into this little shop to get an actual ticket. I had asked one ticket stand if it was the right place and she gave me total attitude before I even asked a question rolled her eyes, glanced at my phone n just said yes. So we waited in the area to board and when it came time the barcode didn’t work and the guy told me to go back to that gal and this time she actually took the phone and read it but still with a roll of the eyes, a snarky rumble under her breath and said you need to go across the street to the red covered shop and show them this to get your tickets and I said that would have been nice to know earlier when I asked and she I didn’t know what you had and I said because you didn’t want to look but anyway we went across the street got our tickets came back and boarded. Cruise was good, hot/humid and some interesting things learned. So besides that lil girls attitude it went well. Would recommend it especially the trolley tour with Tammy w/T.

The trolley tour was very good. Pops was a fantastic driver/tour guide. He was always talking and was great at making sure everyone was involved. The boat was fair at best. The captain was informative but the tour was slow and did not cover a lot of the river.

Michael knew his stuff but could not understand the voice due to heavy acsent After the first block we were bored Plus the seats were very uncomfortable Would never do it again

We had a great time on the street car bus tour of Savannah. Very informative and great to hear the history of Savannah. We also did the riverboat after lunch and enjoyed that also. Both helped us decide what to go back to see afterwards.

That you better have your tickets printed - we had a hard time and had to go to ticket store and still had issues
