Mahmoud was waiting for us even though we were very late leaving the airport as our luggage didn't arrive. His vehicle was clean and he got us to our hotel safely. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

I was not happy with the driver that picked me up. First he was no where to be found when exiting out of the airport. He did not even know where he was driving me to when it was on the form that I filled out (also confirmed to me on WhatsApp). During the drive he was acting inappropriate and unprofessional. I’ve also reported this directly to Viator.

Your report of the driver being difficult to locate, not knowing your destination despite the confirmed booking, and behaving unprofessionally is unacceptable and taken extremely seriously. We have opened an internal investigation and will coordinate with Viator as part of our review. To help us resolve this quickly and thoroughly, please send any of the following you have available: booking reference, date and time of the transfer, flight number and arrival terminal, the driver’s name or vehicle details if you noted them, and any WhatsApp screenshots or other messages. That information will allow us to review the driver logs, speak with the driver, and examine any relevant records. As an apology for the inconvenience and distress caused, we would like to offer either a full refund for the transfer or a credit toward a future booking. Please let me know which you prefer and the best email or phone number for direct contact so I can arrange it immediately. Again, I am truly sorry you had this experience. Our airport transfer was seamless from start to finish. Mustafa was punctual and friendly. The car was in very good condition and Mustafa drove us quickly and safely to our destination. Would highly recommend for anyone flying into Cairo, much better than wasting time with Uber’s or taxis!

The pick up was very smooth. Company representative Ahmed messaged with me before and after the flight. He waited patiently at the airport. Our flight was delayed. It took us a long time to pass through immigration. We were greeted with a very nice car. Ahmed was a very confident driver. We passed through some heavy traffic along the way. I highly recommend this pick up service for someone who will arrive Cairo the first time.
