Our trip to Turkey (Istanbul, Cappadocia, Ephesus and Pamukkale) was beautiful! We saw wonderful places and Mustafa’s travel arrangements were perfect from the moment we arrived in Istanbul to the moment we finished our trip. Mustafa welcomed us as a family person and organized our tour in every detail, choosing perfect restaurants and hotels and being always present. Both were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we experienced the very best of Turkey. Marco’s storytelling really brought the country’s history to life, and they took us to hidden gems that made the trip unique. Big thanks to Shakir for smoothly managing our airport transfers as well. One small suggestion: adding air travel to Cappadocia in the tour package would be fantastic it would allow more time to fully enjoy that stunning destination. Highly recommend! And as the assistant tour guide, I think I’ve earned my paycheck by now. Hehe 😜

I have just returned from a magnificent 12-day tour of Turkey organised by Pamona Travel agency, and I cannot be more satisfied with the experience. I want to thank Mustafa and our Guide Tahir, who made this trip an unforgettable experience. Together with a large group of Spanish-speaking women from different parts of the world, we lived a wonderful adventure, thanks to the impeccable organization of our beloved Sandra, who joined us all to share these moments. We toured stunning places like Istanbul, Cappadocia, Antalya, Pamukkale, Kusadasi, Bursa and the fascinating ancient city of Ephesus. Every day was intense, with a perfectly planned program that allowed us to make the most of the time to discover so many places in such a short time. Despite the pace, everything felt well organized and we enjoyed every visit to the fullest. One of the most special moments was during our stop in Elmali, where we had the opportunity to meet a lovely Turkish family. They invited us to pick apples from their fields and enjoy a delicious local lunch, accompanied by a good Turkish tea. It was an authentic and endearing experience that further connected us to the hospitality and generosity of the Turkish people. Mustafa was always attentive to us, attentive to any need or detail. Their dedication and kindness were evident throughout, which made us feel very safe and well taken care of throughout the adventure. The hotels selected were excellent, always comfortable and well located, which was essential to rest. Special mention for our Guide, Tahir, a real outsider. His knowledge as a historian was impressive; not only did he share historical facts in great detail, but he also enriched us with local anecdotes and curiosities, making us feel connected both to Turkish culture and to each of the stories of those who traveled together. The attention, kindness and gentleness with which we were treated at each moment made this trip not only a sightseeing experience, but an adventure full of emotions and special connections. I’m leaving with nostalgia and eager to repeat this experience, without a doubt, with this wonderful team. I recommend Pamona Travel and its amazing team without any doubt!

Amazing attentions from the entire team: Mustafa, Tahir, etc. It was a 12-day tour, touring several cities in Turkey and we had an amazing time. Watching the balloons fly is Cappadocia was a dream come true. This group was 99%women, and we felt safe at all times.

We visited Istanbul, Cappadocia , Pamukkale and Ephesus, all organized in detail by Pomona travel. The guides who accompanied us to Istanbul were very professional and helpful. Their presence made all the difference! The same applies to those who made us discover Cappadocia with its unforgettable landscapes and the experience of hot air balloons and quad bikes. Finally, visit the lavender fields during a typical evening, warmly welcomed by Mustafa and all his collaborators. After the visit to Pammukkale and Ephesus we reluctantly greeted all this super team who made everything simple, was flexible and met every request. Really good!

Pomona travel was excellent in organizing our tour in Turkey. We were a group of 16 people and organized 3 days tour in Istanbul with guides very prepared and available to meet our needs. After internal flight to Cappadocia where we stayed in a fantastic hotel Temenni evi Luxury cave (always booked by Pomona travel) and did for 3 days wonderful tours of the area. On one of the evenings we did the garden tour experience which was fantastic and highly recommended not to be missed! Another internal flight and transfer to Kusadasi with visits, in 2 days, to Pamukkale and Ephesus (on both tours accompanied by very good guides) and very nice seats. In summary: every aspect was perfect (tour organization, hotels, restaurants, experience, guides, transfers...). Thank you Mustafa and Sakir for making this holiday unforgettable! I forgot... from the first contacts via wa and mail Mustafa, our main interlocutor, was helpful, professional and very quick in meeting our every request with very competitive prices.

We booked hot air balloon with a reasonable price. And Mustafa is very available and is very helpful. You can get one of the best service in cappadocia and he solves any problem you can face.
