Ruined our whole trip to Maui!
Traveled across the island for hour and half, and nobody met us at the meeting point. Waited 1hr. This was going to be the pinnacle of our trip. Saved for the last day and nobody showed up and nobody even responded to our messages. It was beyond disappointing. I hope we get a full refund.

Hi — just wanted to follow up and add a bit of clarity here. We were in communication the morning of your ride, and as soon as things shifted on our end, I offered to meet about an hour and a half after our original time—the soonest I could make it work. I understand that didn’t fit your schedule, and I remember you were pretty frustrated, which I get. We also reached out a few other times & days to try and make it right, but we weren’t able to land on something that worked for you. Once it was clear we couldn’t find a good solution, we issued a full refund right away. I’m genuinely sorry for the experience and that we couldn’t accommodate you the way you were hoping.

An amazing location with beautiful scenery. A fun time esp with such nice bikes. Made the ride that much more fun.

Mountain Biking in Maui
I totally enjoyed my experience mountain biking in Maui! Super fun time, Rob was an excellent tour guide and set me up with a great bike. The other family on tour with us were great and Rob was good at checking in and making it fun and interesting for all levels. Amazing beautiful area as well with cool trees, birds and microclimates. Would go again!

Great mountain biking trip!
My husband, 13yo and 4yo went on a ride with Rob and had an amazing time. His bikes were super nice and in great condition and Rob is very knowledgeable and passionate. He taught my 13yo how to do some new things on a mountain bike that he didn’t know how to do before. He was super nice and accommodating and gave multiple options of trails to ride. He’s good at reading the group and going with what’s needed to have the best time. Location is beautiful! Highly recommend! My family can’t wait to go again next time we visit.

Maui Rob is awesome! My second trip with him and always is a blast. Super friendly and knowledgeable of the local trails. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience. Rob was an excellent guide, taught my son a few things on the mountain bike. The bike trail in Makawao was phenomenal! Great trails and bike park.

Maui MTB
The trails were challenging and loads of fun. Easily do able for intermediate rider like myself. My guide, Ron, was a very experienced rider who was very knowledgeable of the terrain. I would recommend this tour to any MTB enthusiast.

Rob Myers was amazing as...
Rob Myers was amazing as a tour guide. He had everything I needed, was able to identify my skill and comfort level quickly and took me on the trails accordingly. The trails were outstanding, especially Pineapple Express. So great. I will do this again next time I'm in Maui.

Rob was great. Adjusted the ride based on the difference between rider skills and ability. Was very accommodating and equipment was in great condition.
