An excellent introduction to Budapest and Hungarian cuisine. Esther was a lovely and engaging host who ensured an understanding of the recipe and taught the whole room a little more about cooking throughout the experience. Would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Budapest

★★★★★ Absolutely amazing food tour with Eszter! Wow — what an incredible experience! Eszter was such a wonderful host and gave us the perfect introduction to Budapest through its food and culture. We started with a fantastic tour of the market, learning about Hungarian ingredients, traditions, and local foods. Then we went back to the apartment, where the experience became even more special. We tasted Hungarian wine and pickles and learned how to make the most amazing chicken paprikash! Everything was delicious, authentic, and so much fun. Eszter is absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about sharing Hungarian food and culture. This was one of the highlights of our time in Budapest, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting! Five stars all the way! 🇭🇺❤️

The atmosphere of the class is really cool. An apartment was remodeled to make a studio kitchen. Niki was an amazing leader of our class. She was funny and knowledgeable. We had the best time cooking with her!

This was described as a home cooking meal. Our foursome thought we would have the experience of eating at someone’s home. This was not the case. It is a kitchen built just for this cooking class. The young ladies who “ taught” the class were not related. They did their best The ad is misleading. We had fun being together and the meal was ok but it did not live up to our expectations. They should revise it as just a cooking class- just the food was Hungarian but the experience and surroundings were not

Sonja was an amazing host and cooking instructor. She was explicit with instruction but made the experience fun and informative. The food we cooked (paprika chicken) was delicious, as was the wine with generous amounts of each. We would highly recommend this Hungarian experience.
