We came here as a couple and unfortunately it was a short holiday. We wanted to see the essentials with a mix tour in English, there were not so many options that felt us in good hands. At that moment I was so glad to find Özlem! First of all the tour is how it is described at the beginning, everything is punctual, very professionally planned. We were a small group and it almost felt like a private tour. We had the most amazing time on this tour, one of the highlights of our whole trip. Özlem (Ozzy) is such a fantastic guide. She’s funny, warm, incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell she genuinely loves sharing Cappadocia with visitors. The itinerary covers so much ground without ever feeling rushed. The underground city was absolutely mind-blowing. Lunch and all the tickets were included, great experience in the pottery shop. It was just a really nice, relaxed day. Everything was truly all-inclusive. The small group size made the whole experience feel personal. Hotel pickup and drop off were very convenient. Everything was exactly as advertised. If you’re visiting Cappadocia, just book this. We had an amazing mixed tour with Özlem. The tour is well designed and well paced to avoid large crowds and covers a lot of ground in one day! It was a great way to see the highlights and a diverse set of attractions, perfect for those short on time or looking to go out hiking or do something different on other days. Özlem also provided fantastic detail and commentary throughout the day, which helped us understand a lot more about the area and history. Özlem is also very helpful for anything else you might need in Cappadocia and extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend this tour - and scheduling it on your first day if you can!

Our type was AMAZING! The value was incredible, we paid for nothing extra, no bait and switch, every admission was included, lunch too [we did have to pay for drinks there]. The guide is the owner so you are getting the best attention, she took time and care to answer all our questions and was genuinely a pleasure to have around. Do this. It was a great experience.

Ozlem is a phenomenal tour guide. This mixed tour is very well planned, and we were able to see so many sights. Ozlem narrated each stop, and we learned so much about the underground cities, fairy chimneys, open air museum, pottery, and carpet weaving. Lunch and the prices for all entrance tickets are included in the booking. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone staying in Goreme. You will learn more than you expect and enjoy every minute!
