Excellent service, great customer support! “What I most appreciate at Go365 Vietnam is responsibility and dedication to our customers. My schedule changed a little suddenly at the last hour, I thought it would be charged money and lost schedule, but when contacting the hotline of Go365 Vietnam, the employees handled the change extremely quickly and fun. Car 7 seats clean, run on time and tour incredibly fun. A reputable travel agency worthy of full trust.

No choice of seat was given when booked through 12GoAsia or BookingAway so when they tried to move us I said no and an argument ensued. This is the problem of the company. People don’t want garbage seats and after paying they shouldn’t be forced to take them.
We received a text the night before travel with the details of the journey between Da Lat and Nha Trang which was nice. However, when we arrived at the location specified to take the ‘vip’ bus we were sat in an overpriced cafe and told to wait. I feel this was to make you buy drinks before the trip as the bus drivers were also waiters at this restaurant. The time of departure was late and they were putting us into a different number plate bus to what was told by text. After questioning this. They said the bus was full and we had to sit at the front with the driver for the whole duration of the 3 hour 50 mins drive with no leg room. Not happy with this service atall. If you’re paying for a ‘luxury vip bus’ you expect to be put in the seats as shown on the website. Or atleast be informed that there may be a possibility to be sat in the front in seats that aren’t what you pay for. I suppose at least I got a tiny bottle of water to drop all over my lap for the journey there because of the sharp breaking. Oh and cause I’m on a rant.. the driver was proper miserable aswell. Get on and shut up sort of attitude when lobbing the bags onto the back. Overall. Have fun if you get given the front seats on your ‘luxury vip bus’. P.s. backs killing me.
I suffered the worst transportation service experience of my life. This is my third attempt with TripAdvisor to share my bad experience. The first two were observed, they don’t understand that we were 2 people affected and that is why there are 2 reviews about the same thing. They should respect the opinion of each INDIVIDUAL because prejudice and bad time is personal! We bought tickets to go to Nah Trang at 16:45. We had bought them well in advance. On the day of the trip, when we were having breakfast, we received a WhatsApp message saying that the service was delayed and that we were no longer going to leave at the scheduled time. This altered our plans and (professional) commitments in Da Lat. We asked to change our tickets to travel at 12:00 where there was availability. They refused, and said that we could ask for a refund with 12Go. If we wanted to travel at 12:00 we would have to buy new tickets. We had no alternative given our professional commitments, so we decided to buy ANOTHER ticket at the 12:00 time slot through the 12Go platform. Immediately after paying, they sent us another WhatsApp message saying that THEY DID NOT HAVE AVAILABILITY at 12:00, and the excuse they gave was that we had bought it at 10:40 am (very close to the departure). We thought it was a joke, so we decided to skip breakfast and go in person to the stop indicated on the site. In conclusion, we did not have seats at the 12:00 or 16:45 bus stop. They did not want to refund or change the tickets. They wanted us to buy other tickets to leave at 13:00! (that would be the 3rd ticket, something that seemed UNHEARD OF, a lack of respect and professionalism). I was there, I tried to talk to the drivers, we asked locals for help to translate from English to Vietnamese, but we still couldn't solve the problem they caused. The drivers behaved extremely rude, disrespectful. They didn't know how to speak English and they didn't care. They wanted more money to be able to take us, even though we had already paid for 2 trips on the same day. Another important aspect to be highlighted is that despite asking for the presence of the manager, a responsible physical person never came to request things (we were connected with someone via WhatsApp the whole time), that company doesn't have its own office in the place, it works in a cafe. In the end they left us stranded in the middle of the street with all our bags. It was HUMILIATING. I do not recommend either this company or 12Go, who have not yet responded to us regarding this case.
TO AVOID SCAMMERS I have just done a Formal Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Treatment and Request for Immediate Refund I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I received by iHome transfer, on February 1st, 2025, and to demand an immediate resolution, including a full refund for both payments I made. (I only was informed I couldn’t receive one). This entire situation began when I received a WhatsApp from the number (+84 78 990 0055) official from the company , message at 10:36 informing me that my 16:45 transport was delayed to 17:30 due to traffic issues. Since I have an online meeting and needed to be at my hotel on time, I informed THEM that the new time would not work for me. As a result, I requested a refund for the 16:45 booking and, in the meantime, purchased a ticket (making a whole new payment) for the 12:00 bus to ensure I could arrive on time. However they immediately after I bought TOLD me that the 12:00 trip was OVERBOOKED and there were no seats! At 10:47, I received another message from THEIR team admitting that the delay was a mistake and that the 16:45 bus would actually depart on time. They even deleted the original messages sent at 10:36, though I had already taken a screenshot of both original message and also after deletion. This created confusion and forced me to make unnecessary changes to my plans. However they offered me a solution saying that I could, instead of going on the 12:00 limousine, I could be on a 16 seat van at 13:00. I agreed and asked about the refund of the 16:45 due to their mistake they told me it was NOT possible and not accepting the fact that they sent the message by their MISTAKE. However I have already payed 2 times. So I wanted to be sure that the 16:45 bus would not be delayed and I could get there on time, so I accepted the 13:00 trip. And that was confirmed by them at 11:01. Then I tried chatting with them in order to get the refund for the 16h45 and I was informed it was not possible AT ALL. Later, at 11:27, after talking to them, they assured me that the 16h45 bus will depart on time and I trusted them, and so at that time (11:27) I was informed via WhatsApp that the 12:00 booking afterwards could not be canceled because I had already agreed to move it to the 13:00 bus. Despite this, I arrived at the pickup point before 12:00, more exactly at 11:37 (I have a grab receipt) and found that my name was still listed for both the 13:00 departure (as agreed) and my original 16:45 booking also active. Yet, after my arrival at the PICKUP OUT at 11:54, I discovered that the 12:00 booking had been canceled and refunded, contrary to what I had been told earlier. This series of conflicting messages and unprofessional handling of my bookings caused significant disruption to my plans, including: 1. I had to rearrange my taxi to arrive hours earlier than initially planned, incurring additional expense and inconvenience. 2. I missed pre-booked tickets for a city tour, losing an entire day of my trip. 3. I was forced to leave my hotel earlier than necessary, creating unnecessary stress as I packed all my belongings. To make matters worse, when I attempted to board the 13:00 bus, I was told I needed to pay again —despite having already made two payments. The staff was aggressive and unprofessional, leaving me feeling unsafe and humiliated. Additionally, at 12:54, I was informed that my booking could not even be located on their system after all. Despite providing screenshots and evidence of the times and conversations, I have yet to receive an adequate explanation or resolution. This level of disorganization, poor communication, and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I have used your platform several times in the past without issue, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I no longer feel safe or confident traveling with your company and have opted to use another provider instead. I demand a full refund for both payments I made and a formal explanation for the series of errors and unacceptable conduct I experienced. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will escalate my complaint to the appropriate regulatory authorities and explore legal options. Please confirm receipt of this email and provide a clear timeline for resolving this issue.
The ride from Dalat to Nha Trang was done safely and within good time. Take some motion sickness medicine before departing as the road is very twisty.
This was exactly as advertised. I was picked up on time and the drive to my destination was perfect.
