サヌールからレンボンガン島へのファーストフェリー（往復）

I’ve been using Rocky for many years and they are always great to deal with and communication is easy.

As usual it was easy to make my online booking prior to arrival in Bali. Great communication from Rocky and on time pick up from our accommodation in Sanur. The drive to the Harbour was long due to roadworks but we collected our tickets and were at the Harbour within the time frames. The fastboat departed on time and we were pleasantly surprised to be on Rocky Supreme - a recent upgraded addition to the fleet perhaps. It is very roomy, air-conditioned and has large TV screens with the lifevest message and cartoons plus advertising circulating on the trip over. Smooth ride across to Lembongan. The usual organised chaos at the harbour - our bags were quite damaged once we did get them. They were almost the last ones unloaded and quite a feat for the boys dragging them up the ramp due to the onslaught of embarking passengers. I don't know why the passengers weren't held from going onto the boat until all bags were unloaded and brought up the ramp..but it is what it is. We had to wait for allocation to our drivers - another bag destroying drag along Rocky paths to the transport. We were dropped off along the main road outside Ohanas and had another bag tearing drag to our accommodation. I suggest you do NOT bring you best luggage to Bali. My wheels are being torn from the bag sadly. Anyway here we are..resting and relaxing on Lembongan. Expecting much the same on our return trip. Will continue using Rocky as they depart from SANUR Harbour and have their own landing point at the back of the mangrove area. No wading though the water to embark or disembark.

This is probably one of the EASIEST ferry travel experience that I've had. I went to their office in Sanur (near the port) and just bought myself a return ticket. The staff member were so friendly and accommodating, as I was signing a receipt for my tickets, I made a comment I really like their pen and the staff gave me a brand new pen (that I'm still using till today haha) - small gesture goes a long way. Then they drive you with a buggy to the port (they take care of your luggage, you don't need to worry or lift anything as they'll load it for you to the boat) and I sat down in the boat. The boat itself is AC-ed, new and comfortable enough for a 30 mins ride. Then you got dropped off at their own mini port in Lembongan not far from Dream Beach I think and yeah overall no troubles whatsoever. They're on time too which is excellent. And on the way back I had to change my travel plan and leave 1 day earlier, I simply WhatsApp then and they just changed my ticket without any issue and put me on the earliest available boat back. Will 100% use them again next time I go to Lembongan (amazing beautiful island btw, will surely go back).

Great service to and from the island. Quick trip (40mins) and comfortable seats. Cabin is airconditioned so trip was very comfortable. Bit chaotic trying to get bags off whilst the boat is boarding the next group but it works. recommend using this company for your travels.

Cannot say enough about the excellent service from Rocky Fast Cruise. Driver picked us up from airport and took us to Sanur harbour. Check in process was quick and ferry left exactly on time. Excellent value for money considering we also get dropped back to our Seminyak accomodation after return ferry trip. Highly recommended

Always safe and reliable and comfortable. Don’t rely on being on time. It’s the charm of the island

We spent 2 nights on Nusa Lembongan and decided to use Rocky Ferry as they have their own jetty and I didn't fancy getting off a boat into the water. Included in the price was pickup and drop off in Sanur and Lembongan. The driver tags and takes your luggage to the ferry for you. Their timings were spot on and the drivers arrived at the times stated.The boats are comfortable and have aircon. I could not fault the service and would highly recommend

Great experience! They picked us up at our hotel in Ubud and dropped us off at our hotel in Nusa Lembongan, which was so convenient. We took an early boat, and the ride was very smooth. Everything was easy and well organized. Highly recommend!
