Gabriele was enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgable about the Godfather Movie as well as this beautiful island. The tour was great we also stopped at a few places that we would have never seen without his guidance. He went out of his way to send us a list of restaurants and beaches to see in our travels. So we came to Sicily on holiday and a must for us was to visit the Godfather sites. We booked our tour online through Tripadvisor using Viator and we got Gabriel— the best tour guide you could get. We wanted to go at a certain time but Gabriel contacted us and advised as it was a Sunday to leave earlier cos all the Sicilians head to the beach on a Sunday, also that Savoca would be quiet. He was 100% correct. His driving is admirable and he quickly got us to Taormina for a quick tour of the bay and beaches. Onwards to Savoca where we were after getting photos about the town and walking the wedding walk to the church we were on time to catch the end of the mass service in the Church of San Nicolò. Met with the local priest, toured the church and got a lot of godfather history about it from Gabriel. The village is getting ready for the feast of St. Lucia this weekend. Then down to bar Vitelli. Some tourists don’t get to enter it but due to Gabriel’s advice it was quiet and we were able to sit outside for their famous granitas and get plenty of photos both outside and inside. Onwards to Forza d’Agrò were there are a lot of filming scenes to view and photograph. Finished at Gabriel’s friends restaurant for some lunch. The bike on display was loaned to Francis Ford Coppola by the owners father for filming and sits proudly in the restaurant. Throughout the tour Gabriel keeps you informed vocally and with his phone and likes you to walk the scenes from the film. We can highly recommend Gabriel’s tour and by the end of it you will not only have enjoyed the tour but also the craic with Gabriel and you’ll now have a new Sicilian friend. I just spent the most perfect day of my life with Gabriele. He was a fantastic tour guide and he knew just when to go to beat the crowds almost every place we went. I felt like I was the only person there and I was in the middle of the Godfather movie. Then he made the most fantastic lunch suggestion Anni60, and then we ended the day by visiting Taormina where they shot the White Lotus. If you want to spend the best day of your life, be sure to book this tour and be sure to ask for Gabriele..

My friend is a massive Godfather fan so we loved being able to go on this private tour with Gabrielle. He was lovely, extremely knowledgeable and played clips for her as we visited sites (and even went to some she didn't know were there). He also offered to move the time of our tour so we missed all the cruise tour groups making it a really intimate tour. I would strongly recommend going on this tour if you're interested in the Godfather.

Gabriele provided my parents and I with an unforgettable tour of a lifetime. He was there to pick us up in Taormina early and his expertise, navigation (to all the key sites), positive energy, and knowledge were radiant, as he guided us in his car throughout the charming hills of Savoca and Forza d’Agro. Along the journey Gabriele gave us opportunities to sample delicious staples of the region: lemon granita, homemade cookies, pizza just an overall amazing experience. He was even cool enough to show us the filming locations of White Lotus S2. Highly recommended fun day with a great Sicilian- grazie fratello!! A+

Be prepared to take lots of photos. You feel like you have been transported back in time and on to a movie set.

If you’re a fan of the God Godfather series and want to know about how the movie was made and see the locations, Gabrielle is the man. I have seen the trilogy several times and thought I knew it all but after this tour, I leaned more. Highly recommended

Basic Godfather tour with a native Sicilian! He was nice, on time but there was nothing special about the tour and the size of the car was too small for 4 people.

Today was absolutely amazing. Sicily is stunning, and Gabriele helped us experience so much of its beauty, including hillside streets, breathtaking views, charming towns, beautiful churches, and Godfather movie history. Gabriele was fantastic. He was a total gentleman, hilarious, full of knowledge, and somehow made the day feel both relaxed and packed with history. He gave us the perfect mix of real Sicilian history, movie magic, gorgeous scenery, great food, and plenty of laughs. We ended the day with an amazing lunch where I even tried mussels for the first time and liked them, which was a surprise to me. Gabriele also joined in on the selfie fun and made the whole day feel personal and memorable. He was fantastic. Highly recommend. This tour was definitely an offer we couldn’t refuse.
