Well organised on dock side with swift boarding. Some shelter on top deck however still extremely hot. Drink supplied. Short trip to viewing area then all down stairs for approximately 1 hour, even with air-conditioning still warm. Great viewing area's. On return to dock another drink provided. Only one negative loud music played there and back, that's my point of view totally not needed, let the passengers enjoy the boating experience is my point. Worth a visit though.
