The sights in the city are well marked on a map in the app, and the explanations start as soon as you reach them. Everything can be viewed at your own pace and in your own order, with breaks for snacks or drinks in between. Good idea, and I would gladly do it again.
Lots of information on many locations in Tallinn, even ones away from the suggested route. Route easy to follow with interactive map and commentary mostly started as you approached a feature. Well worth the money. No need for a human guide if all day ones are as good as this.
The price is right for what you get. Good for those who are do it yourself-ers. The only problem I had was that the app you need for the tour was very difficult to use and not at all user friendly.

The info was great, only the photos taken with the app have disappeared You could walk the way very nicely and was always pointed directly to the sights
Difficult to download and access. No help at all. I wish I had not bought it and if it were more expensive would want a refund

The app says you can use it offline, after downloading the map. That is an outright lie. The app does not work offline, even after I downloaded the map using wifi.

Absolutely terrible. No code or reference number worked so this was a total waste of money. No helpline/number to contact to ask for help. DO NOT waste your money. Downloaded the app but got constant something has gone wrong message at every attempt to open and use it

Started the experience just fine. Worked great for 5 minutes. Lost connection. Tried to get back in and it locked me out. Took all my money and got nothing, except 5 minutes of narrative.
You clicked on DEMO button. In demonstration mode you can use the tour for free for 10 minutes. Your Booking code you purchased from Viator is still unused, so you still can go the tour. When experiencing problems, we always suggest to contact us. Writing reviews does not solve immediate problems :(.
The story described par excellence. Very interesting. Well done. On the other hand, the audio does not work at all, even if everything has been downloaded.
Thank you for review. To listen to audio stories, you need an active internet connection. Since there are many audio files, the audio is downloaded when you open the object information to avoid overloading your device's memory.
Good route but terrible audio. Information read by a computer voice - so boring!!! And minimal information only.
