So, we got to Embassy Suites Hotel, our meet up place. We did not know we were supposed to pay for parking. The young man was VERY kind. He gave us a ticket and told us to park in the back. By the time we walked up front just a minute after pick up, no bus. Let me tell you, we left in plenty of time but give yourself EVEN MORE. That little bus will come, the driver will stop, take a picture in front of the hotel and zip off. I had been trying to call someone from Keywest tours and they called me. Thankfully, he came back. Then we drove an hour to board the tour bus. After that it was a 3 hour ride, one stop for McDonalds...get in get out. We had a wonderful guide named Luis, the driver was fantastic and I was sick. My stomach suffered through that ride. Please take some Tums, just in case. We had the scuba diving excursion but was able to switch it because...I don't know how to swim (Don't ask me why I booked that, I thought I was going to see cute little fishes in an inch of water, Oh no girlie, this is the Atlantic Ocean...can you tread water? No, I cannot. You HAVE to be able to tread water for any soul that may be as dim as I was. LOL!!!). Luis was kind enough to switch it to the glass boat tour where you'll see the coral reef, and schools of fish without being a statistic. I think I would have preferred a guided tour around Keywest. Nevertheless, I've always wanted to go and would like to go back. I need at least 2 days to walk around. The people are so kind, the food is so good and there is so much history. The reason why I gave it a four verses 5 rating is because, like others before me, just getting to the meet up was confusing. But I am so grateful to Viator for letting me visit a place I have always wondered about. My ride back was fabulous because of the Tums (THANK YOU JESUS!!!) but I will need to fly in next time. Please leave for your meet up early. We actually had about 20 minutes to spare when we got to Embassy Suites but we spent so much time with the parking and wondering if it wasn't a hoax that we almost lost out. Have your tour operators phone number with you...and enjoy!

I bought a tour to Key West and included another activity. At the start of the tour, the guide confirmed our additional activities. When we were arriving at the destination, he told me that he had just called to make the reservations for the glass-bottom boat and that there were no spots available. I asked him if I paid for it and they gave me the confirmation, how are they going to tell me now that there is no availability? I told him that it was disrespectful to the customer that they wanted to change a tour that was already confirmed. He tried to convince me to take another activity instead of that one, I insisted that I would not, because I had paid for the one I wanted to do. The guide became very rude and insisted that I could not do it because there were not enough spots. When I said that I was going to contact the company to get my money refunded, he got very angry. After a while, he appeared telling me that he was very sorry but that he had just realized that my spots were indeed available. It seems like they play with customers and perhaps want to sell an activity to others and take it away from someone who has already paid for it. I don't think I would take a tour with this company again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Besides being more expensive than all the others, they offer you a tour and then tell you that it is not available for you. They lack professionalism.

Make sure you ask what pick up spot is near your home. I drove to Ft Lauderdale and there were local spots to me. Lots of fun, excursions, sightseeing, beach and dining of all types. Candy stores and cheap souvenirs

Great experience. Traveled from Ft Lauderdale to Key West. On time. Wonderful driver and tour guide. Great information and options for things to do while at Key West.

Guide & Driver have done everything possible for great tour. They made sure to keep schedule even when first bus had mechanical trouble.

A very long day but the best and most relaxing way to get to and from the keys. We rented a golf cart while on the bus (an option offered) which is a great way to see all the town however it was challenging to find parking. For us this worked due to mobility issues but because we have been to the Keys before it was a great choice. Not sure I’d recommend the golf cart to anyone going for the first time unless they are ok with paying for parking and walking long distances once one is found.

Once you arrive in Key West, you're on your own to explore. Map reading is not easy because some streets are not marked.

We were picked by a small van then transitioned to a tour bus and picked up several people to go to Key West. The tour bus air didn’t work probably and we felt line the bus was dirty. We also feel they should supply water as well. The bus driver and host on the bus were good..

Excellent driver and organizer. Organizer did an amazing job of keeping track of all customers on the full bus. He also was very knowledgable and spoke in both English and Spanish. He also got us an Uber to get us to Fort Lauderdale—very appreciated
