A group of us joined this tour during our cruise, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of the entire trip. The transportation was comfortable, and the guide kept everything running on time without making it feel rushed. The Amalfi Coast itself was the real star. We stopped in a few towns where we could explore, shop a little, and enjoy local food and drinks. The views from the road were incredible, and we found ourselves constantly stopping to take photos. It was a long day, but the pacing was good, and we all agreed it was worth it. A great shared experience for our group.

Traveling with children and grandparents, we needed an excursion that was both comfortable and well organized. This tour worked surprisingly well for our mixed-age group. The drive along the Amalfi Coast was beautiful, and there were several stops where everyone could get out, stretch, and enjoy the views. The kids especially loved the colorful towns and boat-filled harbors. The guide was patient and made sure the group stayed together without being too strict. It felt like a relaxed but structured day that suited our family very well.
This tour worked very well for our family because the pace felt manageable from beginning to end. The coastal drive alone made the experience worthwhile, with beautiful sea views almost constantly visible through the windows. We liked that there were regular stops where everyone could stretch, walk around, and take photos. The towns along the Amalfi Coast were busy but still enjoyable, especially when wandering through the smaller streets away from the crowds. The day felt organized but not overly strict, which helped keep the experience relaxing rather than tiring.
Fun experience. Marina was wonderful and Luigi was an excellent driver. Got to spend Good amount of time in Sorrento and Amalfi coast and stopped for gorgeous photos in Positano. Timely drop off back to ship with plenty of time to spare
As a solo traveler, I was looking for something simple and reliable during my cruise stop in Naples, and this tour worked very well. The meeting point was easy to find, and the schedule stayed organized throughout the day. The Amalfi Coast scenery was even better than expected, especially during the drive between towns. I appreciated that there was enough free time at each stop to explore independently, take photos, and enjoy a coffee without feeling rushed back to the bus. The overall atmosphere was relaxed rather than overly commercial. It felt like a comfortable way to experience the coastline during a limited cruise stop.
The atmosphere there just feels different from busy cities like Rome or Naples. Much calmer. Our guide Sarah didn't overload everyone with nonstop history facts, which actually suited this kind of place better.
Driver was excellent. Tour guide did nothing -- no narrative or details -- just sat and visited with the driver. Scenery is great -- but virtually no pull-outs or stops. Vehicle was nice.

Regarding stops along the route, opportunities for pull-outs and photo stops are limited by the narrow coastal roads, traffic conditions, and safety considerations. Terrible!! We didn't get to do the tour because they changed the time the day before the excursion. They sent a email the day before but we were traveling on a cruise ship and we never get the internet package. So we got to the spot at 830 am because the booking time was 9 am and they already left. We called Viator and they said the pick up time had changed to 730 am thats the time the shipped docked. And viator refused to give a refund because they sent the email the day before. ThIs was a tour for CRUSE SHIP PASSENGERS!

On that day, we successfully collected more than 300 cruise passengers, with only your party of two missing. Our first bus departed at 7:30 AM, while our last bus departed the terminal at 9:17 AM. All departures are recorded by our onboard GPS system and by port security. As these facts have been verified, your refund request has been carefully reviewed and respectfully declined. When booking future activities through Viator, we strongly recommend following the detailed pickup instructions provided in advance and checking the operator’s identifying sign. Please note that Viator works with hundreds of suppliers in some ports, and each supplier greets guests using its own sign, as clearly stated in both the “Meeting and Pickup” section of the tour description and the pickup instructions communicated to you by email before the tour date. Safe travels.
We didn't get to experience anything they sent us an email the day before our tour stating the pickup time had changed and we didnt get it! We were traveling on a crusie ship and didnt have internet, my booking ticket stated 9 am we got to the designated area at 830 am and no one was there. We called viator and they told us the tour left at 730am. And Viator refused to give us a refund. This was designed for cruise ship passengers!! Some of us do not purchase the internet packages!! They should have put the changed time on my booking ticket that i downloaded 6 days before the excursion!
