Traveling with friends, we wanted a day that included both beach time and the classic Mykonos sights, and this itinerary gave us a nice combination of both. Elia Beach was exactly the kind of place we had hoped to visit. We had time to relax, swim, take pictures, and simply enjoy being somewhere beautiful.
Later, Mykonos Town gave us a completely different atmosphere. Walking around the little streets, looking at the shops, and stopping for drinks and photos made the afternoon really enjoyable. The windmills were definitely one of our favorite photo stops.
What we appreciated most was not having to worry about transportation or trying to work out the timing ourselves. We could enjoy the day while keeping the cruise schedule in mind. It felt relaxed rather than packed with too many stops.

An Easy Way to See Mykonos
As a solo traveler arriving by cruise ship, I wanted to see more of Mykonos without spending the day worrying about transportation and timing. This itinerary offered a good combination of relaxation and sightseeing.
Elia Beach was a great place to start. I had time to enjoy the water, take some photos, and simply relax in the sunshine. After that, visiting Mykonos Town felt like a complete change of scenery. I enjoyed wandering through the whitewashed alleys, looking at the shops, and stopping for a Greek coffee.
I particularly liked having flexibility during the town portion instead of being rushed from one photo stop to another. The air-conditioned transportation was also welcome after being outside.
For a cruise day, the combination of organized transportation, free time, beach relaxation, and town exploration made the day straightforward and enjoyable.

A Relaxing Day in Mykonos
We had a wonderful family day in Mykonos, especially because the itinerary gave us a good balance between relaxing and sightseeing. Spending time at Elia Beach was a highlight for everyone. The beach was beautiful, and having enough time to swim, relax, and enjoy the scenery made the day feel like a real vacation rather than a rushed shore excursion.
After the beach, we headed toward Mykonos Town and enjoyed walking through the narrow whitewashed streets. The children loved taking photos around the colorful corners and seeing the famous windmills. We also had some time to browse the shops and enjoy the atmosphere without constantly checking the clock.
The transportation was comfortable and air-conditioned, which was especially appreciated after being outside in the sun. Having a planned return to the ship also made the day feel much less stressful.

From Elia Beach to the Windmills
We wanted our Mykonos day to include both scenery and some time to simply relax, and this itinerary gave us that balance. Elia Beach was a beautiful place to spend part of the day. We enjoyed the sunshine, the water, and having time together without a long list of attractions to rush through.
Mykonos Town was the perfect second part of the experience. We walked through the narrow streets, stopped to look at the shops, and took plenty of photos. Seeing the iconic windmills together was one of those simple moments that made the day memorable.
We also appreciated the comfortable transportation between the locations. After spending time in the sun, getting back into an air-conditioned vehicle was a welcome change.
The day felt relaxed and easy to manage within our cruise schedule.

Our Kids Loved the Beach
Our family was looking for something that would keep both adults and children interested, and having beach time included made a big difference. Elia Beach was probably the favorite part of the day for the younger members of our group. They enjoyed being near the water while we had time to relax and take in the scenery.
Later, we visited Mykonos Town and explored the narrow streets together. There were plenty of interesting places to photograph, and the windmills were a must-see for us. We also enjoyed having some time to look around the shops.
The biggest advantage for our family was not having to figure out transportation ourselves. Everything felt much easier with the vehicle waiting for us, especially because we were traveling on a cruise schedule.
It was a nice combination of relaxation and sightseeing without making the day feel exhausting.

Having the best people around me.
Thee beach was probably my favourite part. We spend almost 2 hours on beach which were the most memorable, exciting hours in my life. The town can get pretty crowded, especially around the major streets. Guide and team members are professional, my cousin was lost and they find him, which shows how beautiful attentive they are.

Wonderful Memories Together
The combination of beach time and exploring the town made this a really enjoyable day. We spent the morning swimming and relaxing before wandering through the whitewashed streets filled with flowers and local boutiques. It never felt crowded or stressful because we could move at our own pace. The transportation was comfortable, and having someone available for recommendations made everything easier. Returning to the cruise ship was completely smooth, and we never had to watch the clock ourselves.

Comfortable and Stress-Free Experience
I like exploring independently, but I also appreciate not worrying about transportation logistics while visiting cruise ports. This was a nice balance between organized travel and personal freedom. The beach was a great place to spend part of the afternoon, and afterward I explored the town, found a bakery, and enjoyed simply walking around. The assistant answered questions whenever anyone needed help, but otherwise everyone was free to enjoy the day. It was organized without feeling restrictive, and the timely return to the ship was reassuring.

Great Day with Close Friends
Our group wanted something relaxed instead of a packed sightseeing schedule, and this worked out really well. The transportation was comfortable even on a warm day, and everything happened exactly when expected. We spent plenty of time at the beach, grabbed drinks nearby, then explored the narrow streets at our own pace. Having someone available to point us in the right direction without constantly following us around was actually very helpful. We never felt hurried, but we also knew we'd be back at the cruise port with plenty of time. A simple, enjoyable day with good memories.

Perfect Balance of Beach and Town
We wanted a relaxing day after several busy ports, and this turned out to be exactly what our family needed. Everything was well organized from the cruise terminal, and we never had to worry about transportation or finding our way around. The beach stop gave us enough time to swim while the kids played by the shore, and afterward we enjoyed wandering through the beautiful streets filled with little shops and cafés. Our assistant was approachable and happy to answer questions without rushing anyone. Returning to the ship on time was handled smoothly, which made the whole day completely stress-free. It felt like a very comfortable way to experience Mykonos.
