5 star adventure and nature tour
Adrian was our tour guide for a private group of 11. 5 star service from pick up at our resort, throughout the entire journey and adventures to return trip back to the resort. Very accommodating and knowledgeable!

A Pleasant and Relaxing Getaway
Very enjoyable experience overall. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and I loved the access to the river. The mud treatment was definitely the highlight of my stay. The site is spacious and pleasant. The buffet was good, with enough variety to satisfy most guests. A relaxing experience that I would recommend.

Experiance
It was a fun packed tour. I just want to comment that when we spoke with the Nexus tour rep. It was mentioned that there was a rainforest tour but this was not the case. The coffee and culture tour, it wasn't a cultural tour and we never even saw a coffee pod, just a few plants around us. One suggestion for the hot springs- it would be great if a guide came with us and directed us to all the areas of the hot springs. Yes there are signs posted but we only went to the one closer to the falls. That was no falls as per how the pic shows on the tour photos. The zip lines, horse rides, water slide and hot springs were worth the tour.

Great excursion!
Great experience! Ziplining was amazing and what a view of the rainforest! Jose was great in the cultural centre, and it was nice to have the day to explore the area and all the thermal baths. Gracias!

I’m so glad we were able to tour this place. It was amazing!

NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED
The greeting was not welcoming at all. The employees were chatting with each other and did not notice we arrived until we spoke. The lady was not very kind and to be honest, it is way too expensive for what they actually offered. We supposly paid for a VIP experience and it did not feel VIP AT ALL. However, the nice guy at the restaurant an bar was very attentive.

CostaRica.org helped me set up this family trip and they were wonderful to work with I highly recommend them.

Beautiful pools and wildlife
Amazing experience. The pools are beautiful and wildlife is all around. Saw beautiful birds including a toucan. The fee was high, but the pools were worth it. Lunch was yummy albeit overpriced, not really any other options. Great place to come if you go I to the national park early
