Absolutely the worst Cruse you can book, driver pitched up late, waited 1.5 hours before I could board a boat. They refused to give me a upper deck seat although I made a note on my booking. The food was horrible. Please to avoid disappointment please spend a little more for a proper tour operator.

To clarify, your tour was booked on a shared basis, and pickup is coordinated accordingly. The scheduled pickup window was between 7:15 PM and 7:30 PM. Due to an unforeseen traffic accident near your hotel, there was temporary congestion in the area, and the pickup was completed at 7:41 PM. We appreciate your patience in circumstances beyond our control. Please also note that your booking took place during the festive New Year period, when cruise capacity is at its peak. Upper deck seating on shared cruises is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and it is not possible to reserve upper deck seating for all guests during high-demand periods. While seating preferences are always noted, they cannot be guaranteed. That said, guests are welcome to access and enjoy the upper deck before or after dinner, regardless of their assigned seating. We regret that certain aspects of the experience fell short of your expectations and truly value your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve our services.
We had the most amazing experience on the dhow cruise! From the moment we stepped onboard, everything was so well organized and welcoming. The boat itself was beautiful with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Cruising along the water while enjoying the stunning views was truly magical.The dinner was delicious with a variety of dishes to choose from, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout. The entertainment, from live music to traditional performances, made the night even more special.It was the perfect blend of relaxation, great food, and unforgettable views — an experience I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Dubai.

It is really a low end cruise. Bathroom flush did not work. Good was mediocre. Overall experience is poor. Made a mistake

Hello! It was a horrible experience. The steps were too high to go on the top deck. lights were not working, food was cold, hummus was bad so I had to tell the server to remove it which they didn’t. I was not happy at all. Most ugly looking 🛥️ There are much better ones out there. Only 2 servers & no one else to manage.
