I paid for (2) tickets. Only (1) person got all of they're pics, the other person did not. Employee we met up with for the activity (star (4) still photo's & video taking) said that he would work on getting the photos to the other person by email after he returned to his place of employment. That was 3 days ago, there has not been any email. No communication from the company at all. I put in for a dispute against this company with Viator. Have not heard anything ftom them either.
Had so much fun! My son loved it. The photos turned out great. The photographer was very pleasant and nice to be around.

Our photographer Jonas was extremely helpful and nice! We had a disabled family member and he handled our photos very professionally. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the Los Angeles area!!

On visiting los angeles in early june 2025 hollywood, and the walk of fame we had pre-booked get your own star through trip advisor, this was a fantastic experience wonderful and a great memory for us, we had booked for 11-00 am on a saturday morning not knowing what to expect. The operator was on time and very nice and made us feel welcome and relaxed very professional it has to be said we can recommend this adventure ten out of ten.
