We started off well, but shortly after, the sea got quite choppy, which the guide already knew was going to happen. Therefore, we couldn't go snorkeling, we couldn't go jumping either, and it took us 1 hour longer due to the waves from the bad weather. So it was expensive for what we did. Wishing it would end, I didn't enjoy most of the activity.
I understand that if the weather is going to be bad, they should cancel the activity.
Not everything is worth it for money.

Siempre priorizamos la seguridad y cancelamos las actividades cuando los partes y previsiones indican que esta puede no estar garantizada. De hecho, el día anterior las previsiones eran favorables y, en el momento de comenzar la actividad, las condiciones también permitían realizarla con seguridad, tal y como comentáis al indicar que empezó bien.
Sin embargo, las condiciones del mar pueden cambiar durante la actividad y, en este caso, posteriormente empeoraron. Si las condiciones hubieran sido desfavorables desde el principio, la actividad no habría salido.
Agradecemos que el guía actuara de la forma más adecuada ante el cambio de las condiciones y que priorizara en todo momento la seguridad. Sentimos sinceramente que, debido a esta situación, no hayáis podido disfrutar plenamente de la actividad.

WITHOUT A PROPER SEAT OR BACKREST, THE KAYAK ACTIVITY CANNOT BE DONE
It's a shame because I went really wanting to have a good time, but it wasn't like that, the kayak without a backrest was destroyed, with no support for the lower back, after an hour I was already in pain, imagine after three hours. It's a shame but I had a terrible time, the backrest is essential

Perfect family trip
Totally perfect family excursion. Our guide (Maria) did an amazing job and involved the kids. The trip ended at a stone beach where we were completely alone. We were delivered snorkeling equipment and snorkeled 20min before we paddled back

Excellent family trip
Exellent family trip. Fantastic guide (Maria) which took good care of us adults and the children. We ended with a very nice place to dive.

I would do it again.
Fun, with an instructor who explained what was necessary since it was our first time kayaking and gave us confidence during the trip. In addition to explaining interesting facts about the area.

Afternoon Kyak
I thought the trip was good. It was quite choppy and so we rested at a separate beach for 30 mins or so, where we had the chance to snorkel if we wished. The trip itself was good but we didn’t really go near or in any caves as such and we travelled to sea a couple more beaches. It would have been nice to learn more about the location/wild life. The guides were polite & friendly :)

A nice family experience
The route was a nice experience, the scenery very beautiful, the coast of Villajoyosa is gorgeous. We couldn't enjoy the snorkeling much because the water was very rough. The guide was a 10, a very kind and friendly guy who took care of us perfectly

Highly recommended experience
María is a perfect guide. Pleasant, kind, and attentive. She explained several things to us and was very attentive to us during the trip. The coves of Villajoyosa are a delight. Too bad there were jellyfish that day and they stung us
