Comfortable, safe, efficient transfer. Bus was very clean and driver was courteous. Took us 3.5 hours with a 15 minute break in the middle. Would absolutely recommend!

Great experience, prompt and professional!
We were lucky to have Carlos twice on our trip to La Fortuna from San Jose and back. He was prompt, professional, friendly and a safe driver. Make sure to have WhatsApp installed as this is the quickest way to communicate with Pinkbus and where updates and tracking is provided. Thank you Pinkbus and Carlos for a wonderful trip!

Great, Easy, Comfortable ride very clean and spacious and the WiFi was great and the air conditioning was A1 and they have OUTLETS REAL OUTLETS IT WAS GREAT EASY SMOOTH RIDE MY DRIVER WAS SO HELPFUL AND DROVE US SAFE !!!

Nice and comfy van with an amazing driver!

Secure Comfortable & Reliable
Don’t hesitate to book this shuttle for a smooth ride with pretty views. Pinkbus did a great job keeping me updating on their ETA, the bus has WiFi & was very spacious. Not to mention my driver Carlos, was one of my favorite people I met while visiting Costa Rica. I’ll book this service again & again without hesitation.

We did not feel save at all!
Worst experience. We did not feel safe at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone. We were very scared.

Hi Daphne, Safety is the number 1 priority in our company (as you can see the rest of the other reviews) To be able to track the driver and vehicle you travelled with, and for us to check the drive record of your ride, can you please share your reservation number with us? I have searched out database and we don't have any traveler with your name on it, in both countries, Panama & Costar Rica.. Alliteratively, is it at all possible that you wrote the review on the wrote company?

Clean, professional, enjoyable ride
Excellent experience. Bus spacious, clean, with great legroom. Driver very helpful - delivered me to my downtown hotel without a whimper (with a smile while helping me with my rusty Spanish, actually!) despite ugly traffic. Promised 4 hours, arrived in 3:57 Only 3 people on the bus
