Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take any concern involving the safety of our guests and their belongings very seriously, so we would like to clarify what occurred during your visit. Your purse was left in an area near our staff while you were in the changing room. When you returned, you expressed concern that someone may have gone through your belongings. However, no items or money were reported missing, and we were not presented with any evidence that a member of our staff opened or removed anything from your purse. We are especially concerned by the suggestion that our staff intended to steal from you. Our team has welcomed more than 15,000 guests, including many women traveling alone, and the safety and comfort of our guests is extremely important to us. We have not previously experienced a theft complaint of this nature. Our staff members work very hard to provide a welcoming and respectful experience to everyone who visits us. Regarding the dress experience, the dresses are designed to flow and move for the photographs, so we recommend that guests wear shorts or similar clothing underneath. We will also make sure this is communicated even more clearly to future guests. We are sorry that you left feeling uncomfortable, but we believe it is important to distinguish a concern about what may have happened from an actual theft. Nothing was reported missing from your belongings, and we stand behind our staff while continuing to take guest security seriously.

We reviewed the original files from your photoshoot, and the images we have show you from multiple angles, including front and back views, with the full images visible from head to toe. From what you’re describing, it may be a loading or download issue rather than an issue with the original photographs. This can sometimes happen when files are accessed over slower or unstable internet connections, such as hotel or cruise Wi-Fi, especially with larger high-resolution image files. We have also been trying to reach you using the contact information provided with your booking but have not been able to connect with you. Please reach out to us directly so we can walk you through accessing the complete files or resend them to you using another delivery method.
