We were picked up promptly from our hotel in a comfortable air conditioned vehicle by our excellent guide and driver for the day Panos. We had agreed on the approximate itinerary based on our interests ahead of the day with the helpful Dimitris. As the day went ok, Panos made small adjustments in agreement with us based on timings and a long queue at one of the sites (no queue when we returned). We got to see everything we wanted at the pace we wanted. Panos provided lots of information throughout the day on the places we visited and about the island in general. Highly recommended for a great personalised day tour.

I write this review now coming straight home from our all day tour with Dino! Words cannot describe how amazing the day was. Dino was an exceptional guide, very friendly, very knowledgeable, curious, professional and a great driver! We spent the whole day exploring the island, and stopping off at many viewpoints, villages, beaches. My partner and I are both in awe of how good the day was, we could not have asked for anything better! I hope Dino has a good rest, it is well deserved! Would not hesitate to recommend a tour with him, I hope we get to meet again one day! Eva and Aiden 😁

Dimitris is absolutely wonderful and went far above and beyond to give us a memorable day trip of the northern part of Kefalonia. He gave us freedom to plan but was ready with advice which was extremely helpful and allowed us to comfortably fit all the sites we had hoped to see into a busy but manageable schedule. Being driven around in a comfortable air conditioned vehicle, no stress from driving or parking, some interesting information about everything we went to see, with the great historical and archaeological perspective. Dimitris’ prices are very competitive and it is well worth booking a trip or two through his business. It is effortless and easy as he is very responsive and great with his communications, as well as friendly and warm. And an expert photographer to boot! Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful private day tour of Northern Kefalonia with Kefalonia Tours and Dimitris in July 2026. He was the perfect guide - friendly. flexible and attentive. His knowledge of local geography, history and culture is superb. He also knows all the best places for parking and pictures, and he tailored our day to avoid the crowds. We (mum and 2 boys of 15 and 11) did a day tour with Dimitris and had a fabulous time. I had previously shared some initial thoughts on what we wanted and Dimitris built a great day around that. I had mentioned the wish to add some paddleboarding and he provided us with a paddleboard when we got to a wonderfully calm beach so both the boys had a go and had a fantastic time. He gave us some great tips, was knowledgeable about the island and a very safe driver. Highly recommend a trip with the company!
