Difficultly booking, email confirmation was sent that morning which gave a different time, eventually got it sorted then received alternative information again. The driver after 10 mins was very uncommunicative, he put headphones in which was a surprise as from previous excursions booked through aviator on other countries it was a wonderful opportunity to learn lots about the area we visited and none of us came away feeling we had achieved that from the half day excursion. One of the party was motion sickness, the roads are windy and mountainous but he drove faster than required and didn’t slow down when we communicated the issue. The trip also said bottled water would be provided but again it wasn’t. Disappointing especially in consideration of our prior experiences of excursions in other areas.

Beautiful sites. The cave was awesome but very short. Luckily we didn’t have to wait too long to get on the boat to explore the cave, about 20 mins versus 2 hours that some people may have had to wait.

We visited Kefalonia as a family of four during our Mediterranean cruise, and this private tour became one of the highlights of our entire trip. From the very beginning, we really appreciated how attentive they were to our requests. In particular, they arranged an Italian-speaking guide for us, which made the experience so much more enjoyable and meaningful. We were not simply driven from one place to another: our guide accompanied us throughout the day, telling us about Kefalonia, its history and the places we were visiting. This allowed us not only to see the island, but also to understand and appreciate it. We visited Drogarati Cave, beautiful Antisamos Beach and the magical Melissani Lake. Everything was very well organized, yet flexible enough to make the best use of our limited time ashore — something extremely important when travelling on a cruise. We never felt rushed, and by the end of the day we felt that we had truly discovered a little piece of Kefalonia rather than simply visited a few tourist attractions. Kefalonia completely won our hearts and became one of our favourite destinations of the whole cruise. We only wished we could have stayed longer! We wholeheartedly recommend this tour, especially to cruise passengers looking for a well-organized, flexible and genuinely personalized experience. We had the car to ourselves, and our driver was absolutely spot on with how much information to give us, and how much quiet time to reflect on the beauty of this island.

it’s a beautiful island with lots to see we had a private tour that was perfect. The boat tour to one of the caves was nothing special, but still interesting enough..

Our 3 couples were picked up from the port immediately after the ship docked for an amazing 5 hour private tour of this beautiful island.. visiting Melissani Lake, Dragarati Cave, spent 60 mins in Assos shopping and having a bite at a wonderful bakery in town, sea turtles, stop in Agia Efamia shopping in this picturesque seaside finishing village. And some amazing picture stops at the highest points and overlooking 2026 2nd highest rated beach in the world, Fteri beach. Our driver and host was awesome! Highly recommended. Save time, money and the bus with 30 other people. Make this a personalized adventure you’ll always remember.

Panos was an exceptional guide. Very professional and informative tour!

Today our driver was Adriatic, he was very courteous and helpful when it came to what to go and see and do. We visited the Turtles first then went to melisano cave/lake. We did have to line up even though we got there relatively early and in same ways it was a waste of precious time but we were pleased to see the lake. We then went to Friskada, a beautiful little spot on the water in a cove, traffic was very busy here but our driver still fitted in Assos for us and we stopped for a photos shoot looking over Myrtos Beach. A great day but wish we had booked a full day so we were not as rushed. All in all a fantastic experience as Kefalonia is just so scenic ❤️

Spiros was an excellent local who is very proud of his island. He was happy to show us all of his homeland and was able to beat the crowds at the Messina lake and the drogarati cave. Took us to the lovely cove Kiriaki and Efimia where we were able to have a stroll aling the waters edge. The island is so full of contrasting scenery. So beautiful Thank you Spiros for such a lovely tour of your beautiful island. We would highly recommend Spiros to be your guide of Cefalonia.
