We were in doubt about which tour to choose from the many different options. After browsing and reviewing several of them, we decided to book it with Rian from Songdjie tours and it completely lived up to every expectation. Rian put in a 110% to make this day an unforgettable experience. Throughout the day he showed us amazing views, made some extra stops to show us everything the area had to offer. During the drive he informed us about pretty much everything encountered and was able to answers any and all questions. His English was excellent and he seemed to genuinely enjoy showing us around. It was a great experience…! Worth my solo trip time. I was picked and dropped by Bibis Susanto. He was being very humble and had a lot of patience. Didn’t let me hurry much. Please note that I did not do the tour but I was very disappointed with the experience leading to the tour which led me to cancel it and book with someone else. Firstly, I had to chase him to get a reply from him almost 2 months after contacting him by email. The tour was via another company called Kresna. Then he was charging me IDR 100k more than Kresna (as I enquired with Kresna via my hostel). He was also charging me "tourist tax" which when I asked the company I booked with said there is no "tourist tax". Then he was rounding up the total amount instead of telling me the exact amount because it was easier to "calculate".
Hello, so sorry we cann't accept your scam review. First, it's true that you booked the tour with us directly via email, not from Trip Advisor platform. You and we have agreed on a price and we will also help you buy limited tickets to go up to the temple. The night before the tour, the hotel you were staying at offered the same tour at a price 100k cheaper, then you forced us to reduce our price. We don't want to because we already have our own prices and we allow you to tour with your hotel (Kresna) and cancel the tour with us. Meanwhile, the tourist tax is not a tax from travel, but a tax when you buy tickets to climb Borobudur and Prambanan online, it is stated on the website, we are not the ones who made it. In this case you are very unwise because you canceled your own tour with us because you were offered a slightly cheaper price, but blamed us while you did not tour with us. Meanwhile, when you cancel a tour 1 day before, generally your money is not returned, but we do not ask for cancellation money at all for canceling your tour and we do not cause you any loss, in fact we are the ones who suffer losses because we have bought tickets to go up to the temple for you. but you don't use it and don't change the ticket money at all.
A superb tour from start to finish. Rian picked us up on time and delivered as planned, safely to each destination. The sunrise volcano experience and open top jeep ride exceeded our expectations. Borobudur was brilliant as was Prambanan. These, coupled with Rian’s knowledge, additional stops which only enhanced the trip made it all a well worth experience for all the family. A truly magnificent day.

Beautiful sunrise and temples! The driver picked us up early in the morning to drive to the sunrise spot. This spot changed due to planning because the guide helped us to gather tickets to climb Borobodur, which was really helpful, since it was sold out. Recommended!
