Great informative tour.
Owen was our guide and he was brilliant a very informative fun filled tour we enjoyed every minute of it and came away with lots of information facts and figures. Fantastic couple of hours highly recommend..

Unmissable tour right in the city centre, yet off the beaten track.
Wasn't expecting much, it not being top of most people's lists for Bristol - but it was an amazing experience. Really gave an insight in life in Bristol during WW2, and Teresa was an exemplary guide with endless anecdotes & stories plus an encyclopaedic knowledge of the shelter.

Great Tour
Great guide and really interesting tour. Having a grandfather that lived at 23 Bridge Street and a Mum who worked nights at Temple Meads unloading the mail trains I personally found this very informative and gave me good onsite into how they lived during the war. The guide was great.

Definitely worth doing
A fantastic tour with a knowledgeable and really enthusiastic guide. Duncan clearly loves the topic and shares his knowledge in such a relatable and interesting way. Would highly recommend.

Great visit and will only get better.
Great experience. Owen the tour guide was very knowledgable and had a great depth of information on the subject he was discussing. With that knowledge he was able to deliver the talk at a level the group could all understand. He made the talk interesting and enjoyable throughout keeping it light and engaging where possible. As the museum is relatively new it is still growing and will overtime become an even better museum and exhibition. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone visiting Bristol and would like to revisit again in the future when it has become fully established
