The tulip tour was quite good when it worked, but all four of us had difficulties connecting at the start of the tour. When we phoned for help the only advice offered was to make sure we entered the 2 letters before the order number, but that was not the cause of the problem: it was something to do with how the web-link was typed and we all managed to connect after a wasted half an hour. It then worked ok until the tour finished prematurely with no explanation, and there was no reply to the messages we sent.

Just to clarify, due to Viator’s and Tripadvisor’s policies we are not allowed to provide a direct link that takes you straight into the guide, which means the web address has to be entered exactly as provided. We realize this can sometimes cause issues and we’ll do our best to make the instructions clearer.
As for the unanswered messages, please note that this is a self-guided tour without a live guide, so there isn’t a real-time response channel available during the experience.

Nice visit!
This visit was very interesting and we enjoyed it very much. However, it took us an hour longer than the proposed time without stopping.

Engaging and Informative Experience
You don't need to download another app you'll never use again—everything works perfectly with just WhatsApp. There are plenty of audio recordings and videos that keep you engaged throughout the entire experience. As a local, I even learned some new things about my city. I enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it!

Fun and Interactve Tour Through WhatsApp!
As tourists, we loved how easy and interactive the experience was, all through WhatsApp. The audio and video content kept us engaged and helped us discover new and interesting facts about the city. It was a fun and informative way to explore, and we would highly recommend it to fellow travelers!

Great experience
I highly recommend this tour for both Amsterdam experts and first-time visitors. In just 2-3 hours, you can see all the essential sights of Amsterdam, and even discover a few hidden gems that I didn't know existed.

Great experience, user-friendly!
We had a fantastic time using this app! The interface is very intuitive, making it almost impossible to get lost. If you do have any questions, there's always a "help" button available. We went with our family and spent about 3 hours exploring, as we took our time and enjoyed the sights. P.S. We avoided the Red Light District—the app actually gives you a heads-up when you're nearing areas that might not be suitable for everyone!

Highly recommend
We tried this game with my husband for our wedding anniversary. It felt like a private tour during which we learned a lot about Amsterdam. We liked that we could go at our own pace, take breaks, and it was just the two of us, without any strangers. The information was presented in a simple and clear manner. There was a lot of audio guide content, photos, interesting facts, and videos. Although we know Amsterdam very well, we discovered new hidden spots that we will definitely visit again. Unfortunately we couldn't complete the tulip-shaped route because our phones ran out of battery and we had to stop tracking the route.

A perfect way to explore Amsterdam on your own!
What I loved the most was that we weren't dependent on a group or a guide. It was also exciting to see if we could walk the tulip shape, and yes, we almost did!!! We walked at our own pace and took breaks whenever we wanted. I feel like we saw all the must-see spots in Amsterdam. We discovered many hidden gems that we would never have thought to visit. The historical information was presented interestingly. The attention was kept throughout with elements of an audio guide, video content, and quiz games. Just a heads-up, the route is quite long, so make sure you have a charged phone or a power bank. I highly recommend this to everyone! It's also suitable for kids, as the app warns you when approaching the Red Light District, so you can decide to stop there.
