Absolutely brilliant, this is a must do experience. The guide was first class. Good English. Had a super trip, would do it again.

I had signed up for the full tour - the old town and the jewish quarter. I ended up being the only person on the tour because of last minute cancellations, so I got the opportunity of a one-to-one tour with Tom. His knowledge about the history of the city and Poland is amazing and he had so many stories to tell. We covered so much ground and he was very patient in explaining everything and gave ample amount of time at each location. He was very kind to take photos as well as make videos. The time went by so fast. I highly recommend this tour.

I am older and pretty fit. Learned pretty quickly how to handle a Segway, but I never got the helmet catch to work easily. Fortunately, Nikita helped me every time. We were a small group, 2 then 4, and he took great care of us all over Old Town then after a short break the Jewish Quarter. We got to go inside several churches, which was lovely and I hadn’t expected. There was no rush at all, and Nikita took some excellent video and photos which he shared immediately. Advice to others: if it’s cold, dress extra warm. You get colder than you do walking. Don’t carry much stuff, but bring some small cash if you want to light candles at the churches. If you usually take tons of phone pictures, that’s not the easiest to do because your hands are busy most of the time. YMMV. If you have long hair, allow for taking the helmet off at every church visit. I wore a scarf to keep my ears warm and it helped with this too. If you have a little arthritis, you might want to consider some extra OTC meds to ease any stiffness.

Fantastic way to see a lot of the city! Our guide, Nikita,was friendly and knowledgeable. We were a group of 4 - myself and my friend from GB bothinour 60s, and a Norwegian father and his teenage daughter. Nikita managed to inform, entertain and engage with all of us. The weather was glorious too, 23° and beautiful blue skies. A great way to spend a couple of hours. Would highly recommend

Everything was exactly as advertised. We met at the location and met our guide Renate then we were all shown how to use the segways. It was Renate’s first time as well! However, she was amazing and took to it immediately and was able to run the tour fantastically. My friend and I were the only customers so this ended up being a private tour which was even better. It lasted the entire 3 hrs and we covered a lot of ground. Renate’s knowledge of all the sites was brilliant and she made the tour very special as she brought a real personal touch to it. We were accompanied by the guy from the company throughout the tour, presumably as a safety measure to fix any problems with the segways. However, despite him being relatively discrete, it was rather annoying having somebody hanging on. It also clearly made Renate feel slightly uncomfortable and gave her less freedom to have taken us even further afield which she happily would have done. Having said all this, we had a great time seeing all the main areas with a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. I’ve done many Segway tours in many cities and this was one of the best.

Very knowledgeable guide, impeccable customer service and made the tour very fun and informative. Would definitely book more tours!

We did the 3 hour segway tour. Our tourguide Martin was very enthousiast and told us a lot about the history of this great town. We really recommend this tour!
