Horrible experience . Bus guide took us to a bunch of free crap then took us to the boat tour a hour and half after the places closed then made us go to behind the Niagra ( we had no option even though that isn’t what we signed up for) rushed us to the buffet btw it’s on 50.00 and they weren’t busy so him telling us it was 75 we could pay directly to him was a scam if we didn’t book prior to the tour ) now when I contact them they provided something so now won’t refund our money for the difference of the tour and Buffett. Going to dispute it as it was a waste of a day we didn’t get what we signed up for other than being rushed and a ok dinner . Willing to pay for the dinner as we did go but the rest we want a refund . Horrible company also they want to use hotel parking lots as pickup but hotel will tow your car if you don’t stay there so just know that also

We had a great time on this tour Ali. Our tour guide was very experienced and knowledgeable and was happy to impart his knowledge even if it wasn't on the itinerary. Beware that depending on the season some items may be switched out of the itinerary so make sure you know what you're getting. As the days are shorter in winter, it is imperative that you are on time for pickup and are at the bus at the requested time at each location to keep the tour on track. Niagara itself was amazing but the night time lights was extra special and we also were treated to a fireworks spectacular but that does not run all the time in winter. We recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience some of Toronto's greatest attractions without walking everywhere or the stress of trying to arrange transport.

Our guide Ali provided lots of info about Toronto and the falls. He made recommendations on where to see and do the most fun things. Don’t skip the Skylon Tower! It’s amazing!! I enjoyed every moment! Ali was a fun and knowledgeable guide.

The overall experience was great. The weather was horrible but the tour guide was very knowledgeable.

Johnny was an outstanding tour guide. His knowledge was great and delivered with so much humour. Tour allocation of time to different sights was perfect. The sights were amazing. Well done Zoom Tours.

We were a group of families, and our “Johnny” Guide was excellent. She speaks Spanish, and the experience from Toronto to Niagara Falls made her magnificent. We took the vineyards and maple leaf areas to visitor. The experience in Niagara Falls was amazing, but certainly the great contribution of Our Guide made it even better. I recommend this tour and this group of professionals, looked for us promptly and brought us back. Unique experience. Fully recommended.

Niagara Falls and Xmas lights where amazing. Bus ride to get there was way too long, approximately 3.5 hours, driver was very informative but spoke for the entire 3.5 hours which became a little tedious, then only took 1.5 hours to get back

The tour was AWESOME and perfect! Dwayne was the perfect combo of enough information without being an overbearing tour guide. Taking the tour really saved om the hassle of parking and just maximized time at all the locations. It was easy to get picked up from hotel in the mini bus. It was super comfortable even though it was a full bus. We loved seeing Niagara during the day. Have a great buffet dinner at the 13th floor of sheraton overlooking the falls and get back out there for touring the parkway. And it was a treat to see it at night with the falls being illuminated. Of course, we had to do the hornblower cruise and get right into the falls and that was SUPER fun. Recommend waterproof shoes LOL. But eventually we dried up! 10 out of 10 and would do it again! Left at 130pm and 1130pm got home and it was perfect since we were still in our own time zone.
