This was an amazing experience! We had a long layover in Nairobi and I wanted to do the giraffe center so booked this trip. Stephen communicated with me throughout the entire trip and was flexible with our flight being delayed. He was very friendly and had a ton of knowledge of the giraffes. He took amazing photos of us and had great ideas when feeding the giraffes to get the best photos! Highly recommend! We had a wonderful time
The experience was a little underwhelming compared to how it has been hyped up. It was overcrowded and took about 15-20 minutes. Start to finish to feed the giraffes and walk off the bridge. There were not enough giraffes compared to people. It was hard to take photos or two actually feed the giraffes without being interrupted by a bunch of other people. Our tour guide on the other hand was amazing. He not only took us to drive century but he also took us somewhere to get an amazing lunch and Kobe touch, which was a great experience seeing how the beads were made. Sadly, I don’t remember his name, but he was great.
