Maria was an excellent tour guide and we had a great time with her. She was very patient with our children biking through the streets of Amsterdam. The reason I gave this tour 4 stars is because of communication. The address listed when booking the tour for the meet up spot turned out not to be the correct address. The new address was not sent until the day of the tour, despite booming months in advance. The day of our tour was the day we arrived in Amsterdam. Our plane was delayed and the meet up confirmation was sent while in flight via google link. There was no indication in the message that the meet up place was different than originally confirmed. When we realized the address was different I had a hard time using the google link as I do not use google. We got sent to the wrong address. We were already going to miss 1 hour of our bike tour due to a delayed plane and all the communication mishaps caused us to lose an additional hour. So our 3.5 hour bike tour ended up being 1.5 hours. So if you book this tour I would initiate communication a few days in advances.

Fabulous tour with Maria!! She was very accommodating with our family of six. She chose a bike rental next to our hotel so it was easy to begin the tour. Maria was kind, knowledgeable, interested in what our group needed/wanted and was extremely enjoyable to be around! We truly enjoyed our experience and communicated even after the food tour regarding restaurants and places to visit while on vacation in Amsterdam.
