I met my tour guide Kees at one of the oldest pub/restaurant in Amsterdam. I enjoyed traditional waffle cakes and a delicious drink from the Netherlands. The walking tour included a good amount of history of this area of Amsterdam and the large changes that occurred on the waterfront.
