The staff mentioned in your comments are employees of the Cueva de Nerja, the company that manages the caves, and they are not part of our tour agency or our staff. We purchase the entrance tickets from Cueva de Nerja and include the visit as part of our Nerja, Nerja and Frigiliana Caves Day Trip, but the cave's personnel and photographic service are managed independently by them. The photographs offered to visitors at the caves are an optional service provided directly by Cueva de Nerja, and our company does not sell or charge our customers for these photographs. We are sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant interaction during your visit. Although this matter does not concern our staff directly, we take feedback from our customers seriously and will share your comments with the relevant organization. Afin d'offrir une transparence totale, voici comment nous organisons notre **excursion d'une journée aux Grottes de Nerja, Nerja et Frigiliana : • Durée totale équilibrée : L'itinéraire dure 7 heures et 30 minutes au total (trajets aller-retour inclus), dont plus de 5 heures passées directement sur les sites. • Visite des Grottes de Nerja : Le parcours intérieur dure environ 50 minutes, précédé de 10 minutes d'accueil et d'accès. • Visite de Frigiliana : Nous proposons 1 heure de visite guidée à pied pour découvrir le village, suivie de 25 à 30 minutes de dégustation de vins locaux. • Temps libre à Nerja : Comprend 15 minutes d'orientation guidée jusqu'au Balcon de l'Europe, puis 1 heure et 30 minutes de temps libre pour déjeuner et vous promener. • Trajets optimisés : Les déplacements en bus sont très courts (15 minutes vers les grottes et 10 minutes vers Nerja) afin de maximiser le temps sur place. Nous regrettons que ce rythme vous ait paru rapide et nous prenons note de vos remarques pour continuer à perfectionner nos circuits. Nous espérons que vous gardez tout de même un très bon souvenir de ces magnifiques paysages !
