Terrible terrible experience! We were delayed 3 times in a course of 3 days! I requested the money back no communication then the only Communication you hear is that there have new date but no time which tells you how chaotic this place is. We gave them three times pass and they still managed to mess it up real good. Final day we canceled plans to see Cartagena from sky. The wait was 2 hours to jump of the boat in a very hot day. No communication nothing. This company truly doesn’t care! So we jump on the boat no party no dance class no lunch and no communication as well. All that was advertised is a lie. We wait our turn only for them to cancel last minute! They ruined our whole day and other plans! DONT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY

great experience. you have to go to the marina that almost on the main outside road. they will send you the instructions. once there you ll pay the local fee which is not much. once they start checking you in you have the option to ride as co pilot seat for a small extra fee. great ride and the pilot gives you more historic information while you fly.
