Do not recommend! We booked this weeks ahead and they sent a message confirming the booking and saying that they would contact us closer to the trip to make the pick up arrangements. They never contacted us again, the day before I sent them a message, which was ignored. On the day of the Hamman they didn't show up and ignored our calls. We had to cancel our booking with no explanation, and find another hammam to go last minute. Awful experience.

We waited all day to be contacted for our pickup at the hotel. The provider first called us claiming not to be able to find our hotel, even though the area only has hotel establishments. After providing them with our geolocation, they announced 10 minutes later that the driver had allegedly had an accident. We were then suggested to take a taxi, before they offered to send another vehicle when we refused. Between the delays, the cascading false excuses, and the total lack of professionalism, the service could never take place. We had to cancel and request a full refund. Avoid at all costs.
Driver arrived late. Facility not too clean or sanitary. Robes dulled and dingy. Very little English spoken and clearly an attitude with our disapproval of the situation.
