Furthermore, out of respect for our guests' privacy, there are not even any security cameras in the changing rooms or in the men's and women's hammam sections. Our facility operates under a halal Turkish bath concept, where protecting our guests' privacy is one of our highest priorities. Therefore, taking any photos or videos in these areas is simply not possible. Our Turkish bath is completely separated into men's and women's sections. For the privacy and comfort of all our guests, no one, including guests themselves, is allowed to bring mobile phones, cameras, or any recording devices into the hammam areas. The use of any image or recording devices is also strictly prohibited in the changing rooms. We enforce these privacy rules with great care and even intervene if any guests attempt to take photos or videos against these rules. Therefore, we kindly ask you to provide us with more detailed information about how the situation you mentioned in your review occurred. Such an incident would be completely against our facility rules, operating principles, and service standards. Providing a respectful, safe, and private Turkish bath experience for all our guests is one of our highest priorities, and we would like to investigate this matter thoroughly.
