There were issues with our pick up, lots of waiting and water time. I would encourage communicating prior to day for confirmation. But, once we were picked up the experience went positive.
Thank you for your review, for reason beyond our control our driver was late for your pick up however we still take full responsibility and we are extremely sorry that it happened . Happy that your where still able to have a wonderful time with our driver and at the excursion site.
Adrian was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The falls and blue hole were awesome too, but Adrian made the day wonderful.
