Communication prior to our arrival was convoluted-we received 2 different messages from people telling us we had to text as soon as we landed with poor English. One message said to text them and in the same message said to text our driver and didn’t say who the driver would be. Other text said they were the driver and gave a number to call that was different then the one they contacted us with. Then once we got our bags we had to text again. Then we were told where to meet and told we had to wait-even though they knew we landed in time. Over a 20 minute wait. I booked this “service” because I want someone ready when I land-that is why I am willing to pay a premium-this didn’t happen. Then the guy shows up -with head phones in his ears and spoke non-stop the entire trip on his phone in Russian. Never said hello or welcome-nothing first time he spoke to us was when he pulled over to charge his car! He didn’t even have an enough of a charge to get us to our hotel. I have never in my 104 countries visited had this happen. I’ve been in a lot of taxis and they are always prepared . This “Russian?” tried to tell us this is normal in Norway and he had a lot of bookings that day. As if I hadn’t booked this weeks in advance. I would never use this service or company again.

No worries at all for flight delays, driver keeps in contact with you all through the way. He parks right in front of the airport as you exit baggage claim area, no need too walk to far either.

They contact you as soon as you book and then follow up before your flight in. Our driver took our call as soon as we arrived and greeted us at the arrivals hall. Very efficient and professional.

We were picked up for a really early morning flight. Our driver was right on time and got us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight

Great service, can’t fault the team here. We arrived late at night , no problem . The driver was fantastic, on time . Would definitely recommend as a stress free option .

Would highly recommend using this service. Excellent communication, very flexible in needed changes. Easy to reach via what’s app with quick responses. We had an 0230 am pick up scheduled and Ismet our driver called late in the day and verified time and location which made it easier for me to relax and enjoy our time in Oslo. Note to others: we arrived at the airport 3 hrs before our 0630 am flight. There were some travelers in the building but nobody to check us in. We waited 45 min before they arrived but we were first in a very very long line of folks flying out. While hard to get there so early, it was worth it to not have to wait in line with such a mass of people.

The transfer company stayed in constant with us the afternoon of our arrival. The driver could not have been more polite, safe, and efficient. We hired him again for the transfer to the port.

Rydeu was very good at communicating with us via WhatsApp for both our pickup at the Oslo airport and for our return trip from our hotel. The 2 drivers were prompt and courteous and the trips back and forth were easy. Thank you! We would use them again when we visit Oslo in the future.

The booking service was excellent, sent us the driver details in advance. Bhavya picked us up at Oslo airport in his immaculate red Tesla and we had a comfortable, informative ride to our hotel. Bhavya is very personable and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend his service! Our trip was off to a great start thanks to him.
