Not a Family Friendly Experience Abroad

Our driver was extremely unfriendly which was not great with how early we had to get picked up with young kids. I had suggested a later pick up time- and was told it was over an hour to the airport. It took us 35 mins so we arrived extremely early. Gave a tip and the guy started laughing at me. Really bad driver

Terrible… They left us stranded at the airport

We do not recommend this car service!! For a week prior to our trip I received multiple emails, texts and phone calls from this vendor requesting our arrival information in Stockholm. I provided that information in response to each request (a least 6 times). I also received calls from Viator requesting the same information because apparently the Vendor was completely unable to understand this simple flight information which I had provide multiple times. So, when we arrived at Stockholm’s beautiful airport, the driver was no where to be found! Frustrating to say the least! We then had to take a taxi to our hotel in central Stockholm. I still don’t know if Trip Advisor/Viator charged me for that fiasco! If so, it will be the last time I use their travel services!!!

No Show...

We had 2 reservations booked because we had a group of 5 with a nice amount of luggage....only problem (1 car - the one associated with this reservation) didn't show up....didn't even respond to our message until 2hrs after the pickup time, at which time we'd already gotten alternative transportation....how I'm looking for where to request a refund. The car that showed up was GREAT once we found him/he found us.

Stranded at the airport

Driver was 45 minutes late picking us up. No apology and not friendly. Expected us to know where to go using landmarks we are not familiar with. Would not book with them again. I confirmed flight number and arrival time 12 hours before arrival with the drive stating we were arriving at 4pm but I booked for 4:45pm giving us time to get luggage. He did not arrive until almodt 5:45pm. Not a good way to start our Stockholm adventure.

A reliable service to and from airport.

The service texted day before pick up to confirm place and time of pick up. Driver texted 30 minutes before pick up to inform us he was on his way, and arrived about 10 minutes early. The car was clean and comfortable, and he was a safe driver. We arrived at the terminal and the driver pointed out where we were to enter the airport. Definitely recommend.
