Very fun. We didn’t figure out some answers but still had a blast trying.
Thank you so much for the 5 star review! A few tricky answers just make the mystery more fun, and we're glad you still had a great time working through it. We appreciate you had a great time in Fort Myers.
Bring a pad and paper with you and read the questions prior to getting to the actual spot other than that advice was good and commentary was interesting
Thanks for sharing your experience in Fort Myers. We appreciate the tips for future detectives—paper and pen can definitely help! Glad you enjoyed the commentary. If you'd like to share specifics of the examples that are no longer there, please email us at info@iamhearo.com. This way, we can make the necessary corrections, bringing this route up-to-date for future gumshoes!
The Murder Mystery was a lot of fun. We stopped in the middle for dinner. It would have been cool if there were clues included that had to be found. The whole thing was contained in the app. But overall, I would definitely recommend.
Thanks so much for the feedback! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the Fort Myers mystery and love that you could pause for dinner mid-game. The app-based format is designed exactly for that kind of flexibility. We appreciate your suggestion about the clues. We keep everything within the app to ensure smooth gameplay in public spaces, and we’re always looking for ways to make the experience even more engaging. Thanks again for playing!
Don’t waste your money. By the time you get up the directions and go to the next clue. It sends you back to the beginning and you have to start over again. Sis I mention how hot it was too. I would suggest to go early in the morning or late evenings to do it if it work properly.
Thanks for sharing your experience, and we're truly sorry to hear it didn’t go smoothly. We know that technical issues - especially in the heat—can make things feel even more frustrating. We do our best to provide clear setup instructions and support ahead of time to help ensure things run smoothly, but we understand it can still feel confusing in the moment. We appreciate you giving it a try and hope the rest of your time in Fort Myers was enjoyable.
This was a ton of fun. We had a couple glitches with the app, but overall everything else went smoothly. One of the questions we still can't figure out how they got the answer even with the explanation, but it didn't make a difference. One of the questions we answered correctly, but the app said it was the wrong answer and gave the answer of what we had given as the correct answer. This is not a something you do to see interesting areas, but is a lot of fun. It keeps you thinking. We were able to determine the killer so that made it even better.
Thanks so much for the great review! We're thrilled to hear you had a ton of fun and were able to solve the mystery—that’s always a win! 🎉 We appreciate you pointing out the app glitches and that tricky question; we’re always working to improve the experience, so your feedback is super helpful. It’s awesome that you enjoyed the challenge and the mental workout—sounds like you make a great detective team!
This could have just been done from our living room. Audio clips were cheesy. We just read the transcripts. We didn’t even walk around town to look at the buildings that were pictured.
We did have a web version of the game, but the feedback we received was that players wanted to hit the streets to solve their murder! Sorry to hear this wasn't for you, Kathy. Thanks for leaving a review nonetheless!
We had a great time doing the driving version of this murder mystery. The story was interesting and funny. We enjoyed driving to the different locations and looking for clues to answer the questions. We were so excited when we learned that our solution was correct! It made for a fun day in Fort Myers and kept us out of the heat of the day.
We're so happy to hear that you had a great time sleuthing, found it interesting and enjoyed the story fun telling as you got to stay out of the heat! It sounds like you earned a top spot at the Academy! Mahoney would be proud! Thank-you for the wonderful review!
