A million out of ten. First, the crew was fun to start. Great drinks and music. The snorkeling was fun with great spots and animals. The food was also great with fresh guacamole. But the BEST part was that I dive off the side of the boat and my Apple Watch fell off and sunk to the bottom. Sergio jumped right in and FOUND IT!!!!! The care, concern, and just all around amazing crew made it worth it.
We have come to Cabo on several occasions and I have already done this tour, and the tour is very good. My family and I love it, but the crew on this occasion was very bad and made a tour that we enjoy leave us with a bad experience. On this occasion, I happened to go with my mom, and my mom did not understand anything about the tour because it was never explained in Spanish; the guide Jacobo had a preference for the Americans and throughout the tour we were pushed aside. And in the case of the sailor Joel, he only spoke to us to scold us in a mocking and rude manner. The last time we came, the guide was very attentive to us, everything was more dynamic, cheerful, and inclusive, but on this occasion, the discrimination was obvious.

Sal, Bruno, an Palloux were fantastic. Great service, wonderful snacks and lunch. Half day was the perfect amount of time for us. Overall highly recommend.

One of the most memorable out of the country family & friends trips!!! This boat tour was the highlight of our trip as we celebrated my niece’s 18th Birthday (and other birthday celebrants in our group). Cesar is the best! His name stood out from the RIU Los Cabos Facebook group as one of the best boat tours recommendations. He responds promptly and honestly, very kind and friendly. We are a group of 26 so we got the private boat tour. The boat crew were nice, accommodating and fun. Cesar made sure we enjoyed our tour and even go above and beyond by buying the birthday cake for my niece. He said that he had lots of customers from Canada and that Canadians are friendly, kind and fun. We enjoyed the view of the Arch, the open bar and snacks, the music, snorkelling , and the sun setting on the way back to the Marina. I highly recommend this boat tour when you visit Los Cabos, 🇲🇽.
