I’ve never met anyone that is as passionate about cheese as our teacher was. She made it fun for the entire class. We learned how to make two cheeses and took them home with us. Yum. I highly recommend this class/experience.

Very fun workshop, a small theory part on how cheese is made and then you are making two different fresh cheeses you can bring home, they are great!
