Safety was a concern in that one bike had no headlight, one bike had no phone mount for gps, both featured no mirrors. Requests for a paper map/in case offline were not offered. Vague verbal directions were reluctantly provided. The employees were less than helpful with recommendations (points of interest) and just said use your gps.
Sketchy ride through Waikiki… bike lanes were blended into roads where cars drive. We felt uneasy and it wasn’t the safest ride. I would recommend a less populated area and a guide.

We had a great time riding Hele e-bikes to Diamond Head. They make getting around Honolulu easy & fun, with the pedal assistance most of us can do it, who forgets to ride a bike!
