We had to wait 1 h at airport before transfer ride came. Also they did not check with flight arrival correctly. Driver was very nice and eventually transfer to hotel was done. Waiting was disappointing.

As soon as you informed us about your early arrival, we immediately arranged an alternate transport service. Our Team Was personally in contact with you during this time, and the driver reached you by 07:45 PM, after which you were comfortably transferred to your hotel. While the transfer was successfully completed, we fully acknowledge that the waiting time was disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Kindly note that the delay occurred due to the flight arriving earlier than the scheduled arrival time, which impacted the originally planned transfer arrangement.
