My partner and I went to yoga with Barbara and had a great session that started with some somatic movement and ended with a lovely breathing focused meditation. Came away feeling chill and bendy. As well as being a great yoga teacher Barbara clearly loves what she does and ran a bilingual Spanish/English class with such ease it nearly distracted me from my balancing poses 🤣 highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great Yoga Lesson Outdoors
Great yoga lesson outdoors by the beach. Friendly instructor. Booked this activity last February when I came to Lanzarote for a week of Winter Sun. Decided to book the same activity again for this year. Barbara provides mats for people to borrow so you don't need to bring your own.

Great experience for 1st time doing yoga.
Barbara is a great teacher. First time for both of us doing yoga and she explained everything very well. Helps you with moves if you are not sure of them. Lovely vibe from Barbara. We really enjoyed it. The location is perfect too. ✨✨✨

Really worth doing this yoga class
I've done a few classes now, every time I go to Puerto del Carmen. Really enjoy the sessions. The instructor Barbara is lovely and does a really good class, modifying it to everyone's capabilities
