The excursion was very nice - we enjoyed the day very much. Unfortunately, we did not have a German-speaking tour guide as booked, and the tour bus was very far from being an "air-conditioned luxury coach." The price for the taxi was outrageous ($25 for approx. 5 min of travel time!) Unfortunately, the meeting point was not announced beforehand; on foot, it was 1 km!)

Regarding the **USD 25 taxi transfer**, the cost was communicated and coordinated with you in advance, and you **accepted it beforehand**. The transfer was scheduled for **4:45 a.m.**, an early-morning time when arranging a private transfer is more difficult and therefore has a higher cost.
The service was not simply a 1 km taxi ride. It was an **exclusive private transfer arranged specifically for you**, from your hotel to the meeting point. We are not a taxi company, so this type of transportation is coordinated specifically for our passengers.
We also made sure that you could **wait safely at your hotel until the vehicle arrived**, and then be taken to the meeting point to board the bus. You were never left waiting alone on the street.
Regarding communication, we understand your comment. Our communication through WhatsApp was conducted in **English from the beginning**, but we will certainly take your feedback into consideration and work on making the information even clearer for our passengers.
Finally, regarding the bus, we use different vehicles depending on the number of passengers. In this case, the transportation was provided in a **new, air-conditioned Sprinter**.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us review our procedures and continue improving the experience we provide to our passengers.

Full day tour
Very good full day experience.
Starting at 4:30 am with hotel pickup and then visit paracas, crossbows and Ica
Very comfortable transportation and place of lunch highly recommended as well as pisco tasting.
100% recommended the whole tour

Good
. A very nice experience, the transportation was punctual and very comfortable, and the guides were very informative and pleasant. The only thing I didn't like was the food at the Netto restaurant; in my opinion, it was very expensive and tasteless, very plain. I had very high expectations for the food, but it wasn't like that. Everything else was very exciting and enjoyable.

Spectacular tour!! Mega amazing!!! We have a lot of fun!! From Paracas , Islas Ballestas until Huacachina desert!! We totally recommended!! Our tour guide Gabby and our driver did an spectacular job!! Very organized always keeping the group together! We love it!!!

The Ultimate Peru Adventure!
Absolutely loved this tour! The boat ride to the Ballestas Islands was incredible, with so many birds and sea lions. Then Huacachina was a dream—dune buggy rides and sandboarding were thrilling! The guides were professional and fun. If you're in Lima, don't miss this trip!

An Epic Full-Day Tour!
This was one of the best experiences ever! From the moment we left Lima, everything was perfect. The Ballestas Islands had so much wildlife, and the scenery was breathtaking. The Huacachina oasis was surreal, and the dune buggy ride was insane! Sandboarding was super fun. Perfectly organized tour!

Best Tour for Nature & Adventure Lovers
I was blown away by this tour! The Ballestas Islands were filled with marine life, and the boat ride was peaceful. Huacachina was even more incredible—racing up and down the dunes in a buggy was an adventure I’ll never forget. Sandboarding was a blast! 10/10 experience!

A Day Full of Thrills & Beauty
An unforgettable day trip! The coastal views on the way to Paracas were gorgeous, and the Ballestas Islands were a wildlife lover’s dream. Huacachina was like stepping into another world—the sand dunes were enormous! The buggy ride and sandboarding were pure fun. Highly recommended!

Incredible Wildlife & Desert Adventure
This tour gives you the best of both worlds! The boat ride to the Ballestas Islands was so peaceful, with stunning wildlife all around. The Huacachina desert was unreal—the sand dunes were massive, and the buggy ride was crazy fun! Sandboarding was the perfect way to end the day. Loved every second!

Worth Every Penny!
Such an amazing experience from start to finish! The drive along the coast was scenic, and the Ballestas Islands were mesmerizing. Watching sea lions lazing on the rocks was a highlight! Sandboarding in Huacachina was thrilling, and the buggy ride gave us an adrenaline rush. Can’t recommend this tour enough!
