Our tour guide was great and showed us the traditional way that pisco was made and then took us into the modern factory where newer methods are used. After learning about the production and distillation process, we went into a tasting room and sampled 3 of their piscos. They all tasted somewhat different, but we didn’t enjoy them enough to purchase a bottle.
Visited on a cruise excursion - we were late arriving as our bus got stuck turning one of the sharp bends - amusing to say the least, but our time her was severely curtailed. We had a tour of the distillery and property as well as pisco tasting. Very pleasant, but due to our delayed arrival it was very rushed.
